These guys are great! I called at 8pm on a Saturday night with my truck broke down in Harrison and they loaded me up and got me home to Bolivar Missouri 115 miles I cant thank them enough for their service!! Highly recommend

Diamond Towing is a fast, effective, and professional company. Right after our big snowfall this winter, I found a large S-hook in my tire and I didn’t have the right tools nor the time to struggle with it because I had a presentation to make it to. Jason went above and beyond to find my location after my insurance company provided the incorrect address, kept me informed on the status of his arrival, hunted down a working air compressor to fill my flat spare, and even offered to plug my tire at his shop so I wouldnt have to limp it to Branson, Missouri. By far, the BEST customer service I have ever received.

Jason is absolutely amazing. He came to get us at 1AM after we had foolishly driven down an icy hill without snow chains and cell service, when we had given up hope and were prepared to camp in our car. He was willing to tie his truck to a tree, put on chains, and go down to try and get us. It took two hours and a lot of pushing, but he managed to save us from a cold night out near the Buffalo River. Highly recommend Diamond Towing!!!

Diamond Towing was the only company that was willing to tow my husband truck just a few miles without costing a months mortgage payment. They got it back to my house quickly. Another time I called them was back a few months ago when we got hit with an ice storm. My brother had went to pick up a car for me in Little Rock and ended up having 2 blowouts on my trailer that was loaded down with a car. He had made it to Leslie when this occured and due to the incoming ice storm, had no choice but to leave it at a truck stop. The next day I called around trying to find help to get it towed home with no luck. I ended up calling out local companies cause no one in that area wanted to deal with it and Jason was ready to head down there in the weather to make sure I got my car and trailer home safely. He ended up getting busy and said he would get it the next day for me if I couldnt find anyone else. I had to use another company but he texted the next morning to make sure I got.it home. That is 5 star customer service. They are great people and run their business the same.

My wifes vehicle she was driving broke down Jason was quick to get it towed to the shop for me. Gave us a great rate and took care of it with no one around! Took my word that I would come pay in a few days when we got back in town!

My husband broke down at 4AM. We called and immediately the owner was on his way! We assumed it being so early, esp before business hours, that he would be sitting for awhile, but no!! Jason came out hooked him up and got him back home in time to grab another vehicle and still get to work on time!! Definitely recommend!!

Update: The following day (while Im at work as it was a Friday) I received 5 missed calls, 4 text messages, and one voice mail asking me to take down my google review for a refund... no apologies for how they conducted themselves. Diamond Rowing mistakening assumes I am upset about paying an impound fee.I called more than one. The phone call in my review was the third call. I called twice for directions and twice you dont mention needing an appointment. I tell you its unprofessional to raise you voice at me for implying you gave me an incorrect address when you never mentioned your Covid19 policy. Theres no excuse for raising your voice to a customer for not knowing information your business never provided despite multiple opportunities to do so.My review is an honest account and maybe you could learn from the constructive criticism.I called to receive my car after someone else was arrested driving my vehicle. I called they told me how much I asked for address. I arrive and no one is there I call again for a correct address and the man rudely explains he didnt give me an incorrect address (the office is empty due to Covid19) if I want my vehicle I need an appointment and is unable to make one for at least 30-40mins. So more or less I called for information, he didnt inform me about making an appointment, gave me an address to an empty office, and then gets an attitude raising his voice when I tell him hes being unprofessional. Diamond Towings idea of courteous service...
