If you can get your job done someplace else, Id recommend, sorry, beg you to do that! The worst customer service experience Ive ever witnessed. The lady at the desk, please get another job.

I randomly found them last year in the mist of getting rushed documents translated. They are wonderful and profesional. This year I unexpectedly needed another document rushed within a day and they were able to help me out by simply scanning them and emailing them a document. They are very thorough, and their customer service is excellent.

Unfortunately my experience with this place wasnt the good one. Since the first time I stepped that place was mistreated by the attendant who was working on front desk. Than realized the owner was a such great guy so just ignored that lady and kept doing my business with him. But year after year is the same thing. Well doesnt matter to me since I dont had to deal with that lady was perfectly fine. But few weeks a go sent an relative there the same thing happened and the price they told me about the service over the phone has changed on the time of payment. He felt wasnt fair but no questioned about it. So this year went to do my taxes again was required to make the payment first before I see my accountant(he wasnt there) by another front desk worker.So how I had another business to deal with him I refused to pay upfront since I want pay all together. The lady just gave my paperwork back saying that wasnt able to help me out with a payment ahead time. Not a professional at all. Asked about the rest of the services price the lady just told me an overpriced services fee again since he made that before to me and never overpaid for anything.

I always got their services but they were so irresponsible, not giving me all the important information about my taxes, and I received a penalty overcharging the double of my taxes, because they didn’t tell me anything about it since the beginning. Then I reported to them to talk about it and they basically didn’t do anything. Terrible service!

If you want to do your taxes and receive your benefits asap, don’t look for them!! They insert your information in the system only when the accountant is available there, also, you must to stay calling them to know if the service is already done. Be careful!
