Very angry and upset with this company, a month and a half ago they sent me from Ecuador a very important package containing orthopedic shoes for a person with a disability, however they never called me, I had to go personally to find out and they did not know how to give an answer or reason of my package. I called the Ecuador agency and they did not give me a reason for my assignment, the only thing they told me is that it is in customs, and worst of all is that neither of the two agencies never gave me a solution, and neither of them wants to do responsible, apart from telling me that they are going to call me again, and they never do. It seems that my order has been lost and this company did not give me any solution. Terrible service and unprofessional, I do not recommend it. !!!
