Awesome service! They are very knowledgeable and very professional. So many other pest control companies wanted to sell me a monthly plan instead of just getting rid of the bees I had. Penn pest did a wonderful job of listening to what I wanted and didnt try to sell me anything unnecessary. No more bees!! Highly recommend!!

Rodger came out this morning to perform a service to get rid both a colony of carpenter ants and a large hive of yellow jackets. He was scheduled to arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 am and arrived promptly at 8. The whole service lasted approximately 40 minutes and he explained every step of the process and what we could expect in terms of timelines for results. He was very knowledgeable and by talking with him about the yellow jackets and the ants, I could tell that he was very invested in his business and would do a great job of getting rid of these pests. When I first called in to ask about their services, I was told what they offer as far pest control and I was given a price range so I could know what to expect. I also received a follow up call as a reminder for the scheduled services. I would 100% use Penn Pest again. Thank you for doing a great job!

We had a swam in our window and called Penn Pest to inspect. We decided to have termite treatment done around the house. Our dog had to have major surgery right before the treatment and was not allowed to get up. Rob was very accommodating, making sure to do his best not to disturb him while doing his work/making it easier on everybody. Even wrote a nice note wishing him well on his recovery in the final report. Everybody was great from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company.

I had Penn Pest come out in Sept 2020 to deal with a wasp nest and some carpenter ants. I felt the price was very reasonable and I have not seen an ant or wasp in that spot since. The owner came out to do the treatments and was so nice and explained everything. I had no hidden costs. I have called back this Spring to have them deal with some carpenter bees and to treat my lawn for ticks, fleas, and mosquitos. Micheal is a very pleasant and professional office manager. All around I will happily deal with them for any future needs.

I called and was greeted by friendly staff who answered my all of my questions. I was immediately scheduled for an inspection. When the owner arrived he was masked, very nice and friendly. He took the time to provide a really detailed explanation of what was happening and why. He then laid out a treatment plan and gave us instructions on how to prepare for the next steps. He returned for treatment on a snowy day as scheduled and answered all of our questions after treating the house. My husband is allergic to hornets but he insisted he could take care of the nest while I watched it grow to the size of a basketball. Not wanting anyone in our household or the neighbors to get hurt I called Penn Pest. They showed up clean, professional and very promptly. Tyler was on time and very professional. He wore at mask at all times while inside, which I know is important to people right now! He was very knowledgeable and assessed my situation and suggested the best solution.He was also very friendly to my dog and didnt have an issue with the dog following us around the whole time, which is very important to me!

This company is way too expensive, and the people who answer the phone are very rude 😡 and inconsiderate over talked me and wasnt nice I took my business elsewhere, 27 properties I owned.. go elsewhere ..thank you very much the lady who answer the phone

Roger arrived promptly--within the scheduled appointment time-frame. He explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions I had. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Penn pest helped my family and I so much...we can never thank you enough...I didnt post this sooner because I wasnt convinced that after having the Orkin man out...and battling these pests for over a year off and on...that they were really gone...Bed bugs are no joke...but Penn pest really got rid of them...it took a lot of hard work...and determination...and send two visits and treatments...but they are gone...really gone...it want to drive over and hug you all...we have been driven almost to the point of insanity...Kids couldnt have sleepovers...we were living out of zipper bags...drying clothing and bedding daily...all I can say is...Thank you for everything you did...my 6 children and the beautiful woman in my life thank you...would HIGHLY recommend.......THANK YOU,Nick Grassi and family
