I pulled up, they drove the car in. Few minutes later I paid, some minutes after that they were done. Easiest oil change ever and the price is right too. Ill be back again for that essential maintenance.

I Had a meineke appointment for a oil change, unfortunately their system overbooked them for service. They recommended Costa oil change on 22 in progress which I went to cause I really needed to get my oil changed. They were ridiculously fast and professional. Shocked me that I could get a oil change properly in like 10 minutes. Love this place and will use them for oil changes from now on.

Been here two times, and the second time they put the wrong oil filter on my vehicle. Only reason I’m aware of that is because my personal mechanic discovered this when giving me a oil change. Not to mention the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get scammed out of a good and honest service.

Horrible service. They charged my $70 for a full synthetic oil change then $92 for the same oil change the next time. On top of that, the gentleman who was changing the oil, spilled most of it on my fender and all inside under the hood. He told me, “sorry. Looks like you need to get a car wash anyway.” Disgusting service.

Today was my first and only time there but they were very professional and nice. Did not know what I was doing but they did not make a fuss about the fact I seemed confused. Just showed me to the waiting room and changed the oil really quick. Dont know much about cars but its running nice and not making noises anymore (like I said, idk a lot about cars). Been coming here for my last 4 or 5 oil changes. They can be busy at times and you may have to wait in line, but not for very long. They have a Groupon available all the time for conventional and full synthetic oils. I wont go anywhere else.

The parking lot layout is conducive to getting in, getting your oil changed, and getting you out of there typically within 15 minutes. Ive been going to them for several months now, I would highly recommend them if youre in a hurry.

This place is horrible. The guy Nate that works there forgot to put oil back in my car which I had just purchased and only had a few weeks. When I went back the next day to inform them that my oil light was coming on still he checked my oil in the parking lot and said it wasn’t missing much and topped it off. He was wrong but I trusted his words. Just a few days later my engine started making a loud noise so I towed it to a mechanic and the Mechanic informed me that there was no engine oil in the vehicle at all. I went back to Coasta Oil on walnut Street and informed them of what the mechanic had just told me. My interaction was with Nate who wAs very disrespectful started yelling and cursing at me and my husband became very hostile. He Pretended to be on the phone with his manager or owner of this establishment. Which he was never on the phone with either one of them after speaking to both of them later on. I left there drove to the camp hill location and spoke to a manager there who was much more pleasant. He got ahold of the regional manager who basically was having a hard time of getting in touch with the owner. After a bunch of back and fourth and run around the owner told him to submit through their insurance which was done. I asked for the claim number was never able to get it so the insurance company had a hard time finding the claim. Their insurance did pay for my vehicle which was deemed total. I was so upset being as though I really loved my car and was never able to enjoy it because of Nate not doing his job correctly. It took months for the whole process to take place and for me to get my check. I reached out to the owner directly and he basically told me he doesn’t deal with costumer problems. He lied to me and told me Nate was on suspension and didn’t know how he wAs gonna handle him. That was not true Nate was never suspended and was at work. I purposely drove over there to see. This just means costa does not care how his employees treat their paying customers. He was okay with Nate blowing our engine and disrespecting his customers. And if he comes on here trying to say otherwise I will post screenshots of the conversation between him and I. Save your car and your money and time and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

Watch the video, click on photos. These guys blew my engine on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. Ive had this car since 2015, and only have 38000 miles on it. They failed to replace the plug after the oil change. Terry are not the original quick change that Ive been going to for over ten years when Walt and Scott were there. Id rather have 30 minutes time for an oil change than a rush job! Now I have to get a lawyer to get this resolved! Its up to you to take a chance of your cars engine being shot over a quick oil change! They told me it was a recall, well Hyundai services said what they did isnt part of the recall.

They didnt try to upsell me with Jiffy Lube services or say something was suddenly wrong with my car and it needs to be fixed for an extra 50 bucks, just changed my oil and that was it. Super affordable too! Definitely will be my regular oil change place.

They do not check transmission fluid on 2008 Town and Country told me for the past year that they have been just to find out today they dont and havnt been When I asked for manager he said he was the GM and he dont know what to tell me i teach for a business card he say there is no number nobody above him and nothing I can do..also now my vehicle is now making loud noise that it was not making before the so called oil change im so angry and frustrated I can not even handle turning around and going back at this point..tomorrow tho is a brand new dayUpdate 8/7/2020The problem is I was told it was being done If in fact you do not check any fluids other than the oil I should not be told its being checked a year later to find out it has not been Also i got an oil change was told my filter was bad and now my vehicle sound like a Mac truck ..I was happy with the service until I found out I was being deceived

If you value your car at all, Do Not Patronize this business!! I read the glowing reviews about the business and decided to give them a try. I went in for a simple oil change that even the most novice weekend mechanic knows how to perform. The tech(?) drained the oil and refilled the oil pan. After refilling he checked the oil dipstick and found that too much oil was added,. The tech reenters the bay and supposedly drains the excess oil. However, he mistakenly drains the the TRANSMISSION reservoir!! After double checking his readings on both dipsticks he refills both the transmission fluid and the oil. When he rechecked the levels he said everything was good now. Not trusting his readings, I found the transmission fluid was barely registering. I call for the supervisor who was off somewhere else. He had the tech add add least two more quarts of transmission fluid. I found that the tech was both poorly trained and even worse left completely unsupervised. Unfortunately, this is not the same business that the previous owner so painstakingly built up over the years! Needless to say, I will not be using this establishment ever again!!

Went in for an oil change and about 3 weeks later my co workers told me they had thought I had an oil leak. I took my car to the dealer I always take it to. Come to find out the guy who did my oil change spilled oil at the bottom of my car and failed to try and wipe it up or tell me about it which ended up costing me a few more bucks to get clean. If your looking for quality instead of cheap go somewhere else.

Went to Chevron oil change in Camp Hill but line was long and not moving. Google found quick change oil and they said no wait. Quick 10 minute drive and got prompt service @ $ 20 less. Easy to get to and good service.

I was a bit annoying because as a first time car owner I wanted to know everything that they were doing but the employees were very nice & patient with me and answered all my questions. After 2 oil changes months apart for regular maintenance, both times my oil was black when I got home and checked it. My car was literally in the bay for about 5 minutes. The original owners of the former “Quick Change” were dear friends of ours, so when it was sold we continued to patronize the business. But no more, this could have ruined my car’s engine.

Was very quick oil change and in and out in no time. Thought, wow, this is great. Until I took my vehicles to my normal garage for the next oil changes. Not just on one of them, but on all three of my vehicles that I had serviced here found the oil filters were never changed. I know for a fact as my usual garage marks their filters and handed them to me when I had the oil changed again and sure enough they were the filters that should have been replaced when my oil was changed here. Very disappointed and will never go back! Warn your family and friends! Thought I had a great deal when I had coupons from an online auction, however cant imagine what this will do to my engine after multiple times of not changing the filter. Very disgusted that I let this happen to me on all 3 of my vehicles.
