The worst garage in the area. These people are money hungry thieves. They cannot repair cars and tell you they can, leading to more expensive repairs (that they caused) at an actual Garage. Stay away from this place.

I needed a motor for my van while i was working in Harrisburg and they got a good engine and installed it fast. They got me back on the road in no time, the service writer lady at the desk kept us informed while Earl the owner explained the process of getting a good engine and then installing it. I would definately recommend going there. Fast service reasonably priced.

We are from Wv, we were on our way back from visiting a friend in Pa. Our transmission went out on us and we crippled to Ducks Auto on a Saturday. 7 WEEKS later we get the truck back. At first they said they would pick up my husband from the bus stop, but didnt and left his truck parked on the street unlocked. Manager was VERY rude each time he called about the truck. They didnt fix the clutch right as told to as they put transmission in. Dont ever go there. Rude rude rude.!!!!! They lie, they dont return calls, and give all kinds of lame excuses. Very bad business.

Their ripping ppl off buy adding more issues to your car so you will have to return to them. Do not go there please do your research before you end up out of money. And dont use their snap shot loan system it to is a scam that company only works that specific garage.

These guys are awesome. Lost control of my car in the rain & flew into/over a curb. Bent my subframe & sway bar & destroyed my wheel. They looked at it & gave us a price & time estimate. It was done when he said, & he charged us a bit UNDER the quote. My car drives better than it did before I got in the accident. The service writer was also very helpful & sweet. Glad we went with them!

Never going back!! This guy is a complete RIP-OFF! Please do your research, google it if you must, ask around, go look at Youtube videos but do your research before giving up your hard earned money to this guy. He may be cheap on somethings, but likes to overcharge.Save your money and go some place else.My first visit here seemed fine, minor issue fixed ( I didnt like the fact that my car was returned completely dirty, oil/footprints and all..but I ignored that) and then days later all of a sudden my car brought up some other issues, so I went back. First, I was given a price for one thing then he over charged me I was disappointed but gave him the money, and then said he will fix the other issue found for over $700... I left!!! For something that I ended up doing myself.. I went to Auto Zone bought the parts myself for as little as $150 (He told me parts would cost more than $300..yea,okay) and fixed it myself by looking at a Youtube video, weeks later and my car is still perfectly fine. Just shows you how much he was trying to rip me off.Do your research people, or better yet go to someone else who truly cares about their customers.

Worst place ever. Extremely unprofessional, I even had to get the cops involved all because they tried to make me pay in cash and said the card machine didn’t work. The cops arrived and all of a sudden the card machine works. These people even kept my car overnight without my permission and didn’t even call me to tell me they would have to keep it. I ended up having to call them to find out and when I called back they refused to answer my phone calls. Despite previous reviews I decided to give this place a chance and I regret doing so.

Wouldnt pass my car because I had steelys instead of the stock rims that came with my car. I have never had an issue getting it inspected in the 5 years Ive had the car. Took it to where I normally do in York, and it passed no problem. This place nit picks everything. I wouldnt go here again or recommend this place if unless you feel like paying $40 to fail inspection for something so stupid, then have to pay another $40 for it to pass. I could have saved money by just driving down to York in the first place.

This is by far the worst car repair place in all of the places They I have ever been too.. I came for a simple noice my car was making.. to receiving a alternator that I didn’t need and now possibly a battery.. They had all my light indicators lighting up.. speedometer stop working .. gas light not working.. I had to take my truck back 4 times .. And they got paid already.. They had the nerve tobe upset because they were messing up.. Not to mention the times my spouse and I had to take off work or go in late .. This currently going on now for the Second week.. They need tobe shut down.. Or get some qualified mechanics.. The backyard mechanics do better work than Ducks.. idiots

Do Not Go To Ducks Auto in Harrisburg. Their manager is a joke, pretty sure he doesnt have a valid drivers license but he still drives peoples cars. He is rude to both employees and customers. Check out their BBB rating, it is a big fat F. They hire employees from work release which doesnt bother me as long as they have the proper training and a valid drivers license, which some dont. This garage needs to be investigated. ABC 27 News should do a report to find out how they stay in business. Want a quality garage go to Tire Mart or Smittys Radiator on Derry Street.

Drop off friends car..took care if problem...it took a week though..but very friendly and willing 2 try 2 go the extra mile.

These guys are snakes, they put a transmission in my van the transmission breaks in less than 30 days. They tell me that its covered under warranty then they keep my car for 45 days to tell me that they will not honor warranty. Stay away the owner is a liar and thief.

You get what you pay for. If its cheap, then its cheap. Denial of errors made during service by owner. Dealer certified review inspected, part house employee comment.....certified Master Technician

Needed a specialty tire that is hard to get, this place got one within an hour for me. Very friendly staff as well!

If my car needed fixed and they were the only shop around, Id rather burn my car to all hell than to take it back to them.
