Went in for a full set and pedicure.. my toe nails are uneven and rough. Gel is lumpy and not done well on my toes . My nails are awful from the paint to the shape. I have acrylic clumped on the top and underneath my nails. It was rushed and looks zero like the photo I provided. She over filed my natural nails as-well burnt me more than once.I gave a photo and told her more than once. I will never ever go back. Also I noticed that many customers left unhappy. You can tell how a person looks at their nails. I wish I read the reviews first.

Very nice people but it the uncleanliness was ABSURD. also, the whole process felt extremely rushed to the point where i felt like i couldn’t even ask for the nails/design i really wanted and it made it very unrelaxing. my nails don’t feel durable at all and the lengths are uneven on almost all of my fingers. my first time here and i will not be returning

The atmosphere was nice and the place was clean however I asked for a full acrylic set natural look with gel polish top coat I like my nails round what I got was all different shapes some are pointy some crooked and when I told her they werent right she just made it worse so I said forget it and paid $38 to be unhappy and unsatisfied I know youre probably thinking why did you pay then well thats because I suffer with chronic migraines and today was not a great day so I was in no mood to get into a confrontation so I took it as a loss but will never return to this shop.

Wonderful place! Staff is friendly. Gel polish manicure lasted well over 2 weeks. Very satisfied customer!

Doesnt perform fever check ins, had several technicians on cellphones without masks, client being serviced without wearing a mask, technician wasnt wearing a mask and gloves, didnt disinfect nail bits before or after use, didnt disinfect clients sitting area after use, and overcharges for services!

Uhhhm. Probably NEVER coming back. Had three different women attempt a design on one toe... No specific design... I told them to do any design.... Short story even shorter, I was given attitude because I asked for the sunshine to be removed. It was my first experience and now its my LAST. From the looks of it, they cater to some and treat others poorly.

They do very good work. First time I was able to point to a picture and get the design. Fair prices for good work. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly service. polite, professional stylists that speak and understand English. I would definitely recommend this nail salon.

Sydney, the owner is absolutely wonderful!! She does excellent work! Not only that, she is such a doll!!! Billy, PK, and Timmy are are amazing as well!! I won’t go anywhere else! Her prices are wonderful as well. Haven’t seen any other shop beat her prices for the excellent work.

They over charge you for basic services..dirty in the store. Have hidden fees and ARE VERY RUDE. ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.. they overcharged my card additional $20.. TGIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL SHOP..

I’ve came here a couple of times and they were usually good service but one day I came and asked for an acrylic nail removal and then to get another set and they didn’t soak my nails but instead peel them off with a loose nail. This caused my finger bed to start bleeding a lot which they didn’t even clean the blood off properly but took a rag and wiped it away dry. I don’t recommend this place at all even after weeks from going here my finger was still throbbing

I love this place! They are so welcoming and friendly, give the best service, and they are less expensive than the competition. Tina is absolutely wonderful and the nice gentleman who works here is too. They both always recognize me when I walk in even if its once every month or two.I got a deluxe nu pedi today and after working retail hours for the holiday I needed it. The gentleman who works here gave me one of the best pedicures and foot massages I have ever had.AMAZING place! See for yourself if you dont believe me!:)

Friendly enough...I was mostly satisfied, except that they have an issue shaping nails. Also they complain that you are picky to other customers, if you point out that your nails dont look uniform. They have lost my business because of this.

Billy does really amazing work! I’m always getting compliments on my nails (I work at a hair salon, so guests and coworkers are always paying attention to details like hair, makeup, nails, etc.) The prices are unbeatable especially considering how wonderful the outcome is.

I went to this place a week ago. I had a very horrible experience. The person who did my nails acted as if she didn’t know what she was doing. She started to remove my polish with that tool that scrapes your nails. Well, the owner started to speak Vietnamese, which shouldn’t be allowed and told her I didn’t have gel nails. She then proceeded to use polish remover. They also kept refilling the bottle of nail polish up with some chemical, because the bottle was almost empty. Here is the icing to the cake...that night my fingers were itchy and swollen and red and very painful. They hurt soooo bad. My nails look horrible. I soaked my fingers under cold water. The girl cut my nail bed, so that was painful. They are still sore and it’s been a week. My fingernails look horrible. I paid 52.00 to get my eyebrows, nails and a pedicure done. I will never go there again. I will also spread the word of what they did to me. The only way I could get this to post was by clicking on a star. I didn’t want to believe you me. I have posted pictures. This is what my nails look like a week late after the swolling and infection went away.

They do nails here very well, and their prices are very affordable!

Worst place ever I went here about a week ago got gels with tips I honestly dont care if I loose the tip however I do not want them to drill my nails since I would like for them to grow healthy the lady assigned chair 3 and the lady refuse to listen to my request had an absolute disrespectful attitude and told me it couldnt be done that it is not possible. With no desire to find a different solution. Will never come back here and I will never refer anyone here!

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. the lady I got stuck with was horrible she acted like she had an attitude barely said 2 words to me. and got an attitude because I wanted 3 coats because I could still see my nail with only 2 coats. then to put the cherry on top my nail polish started chipping that same day. Horrible!!! I will never come back here again unless by some miracle I get Tina who I usually deal with

Totally disappointed with the service. I tried to communicate what I wanted and the errors that were made only to leave disappointed when the errors couldnt be fixed and having to make a partial payment on the service. I will not go back there and if I could give them a lower rating I would!!!!!
