I don’t know how they stay in business the most uneducated case managers I’ve ever seen do not look here for any help !! And that’s a warning .. they misappropriated his funds he went through an entire pandemic without money

My case manager is always busy. 2 weeks can go past and not even a call. Iam supposed to be on intensive case management. I don’t know if their over worked or what. But my experience has not been good and I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know with mental health concerns to them. I will try to switch case managers maybe their not all created equal? But even a little more compassion would be an improvement.

Attended a meeting today and was well informed of the issues and every one enjoyed the meeting

Waited too long to get intake done. Careless staff.

Workers have to high of a caseload to ever follow up with you.

THE WORST AS WELL AS PPI. THEY DO NOT DO THERE JOBS AT ALL.

Case manager is a life saver for sure
