Very nice but small store. We were able to buy a washer and dryer off the floor instead of having to wait for it to be ordered. All the accessories were available to buy also. Accessories meaning power cord, hoses, and exhaust venting for the dryer. Well done sears hometown store.

Quick in-and-out, no hassle. Found exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Service was kind and friendly, and most importantly didnt bombard us with a sales pitch.EDIT: a week later my brand new washing machine is still broken. Ive made four appointments with them to get them to fix it and they keep changing and cancelling.FINAL EDIT: After much hassle, I give them an okay.

Every time I have entered the store I am always greeted and asked if I need help. They have the items I needed in the store or they could have ordered it online for me if they didn’t. It was a very quick and easy shopping experience. The staff was helpful and friendly! The store was kept stocked and clean!

Ive been in this Sears a number of times. They have appliances, tools, and lawn equipment. Their tool selection is pretty good for a small store. Just picked up and installed a garage door opener today, as always, it worked like a charm. I hope this Sears stays open, many Sears stores are closing.
