I would like to thank your office for helping my mom with her hearing aid.your staff was so helpful.
Miracle-Ear is one of the most professional, compassionate, and giving people that l have ever encountered, and l rate them as a 10, instead of a 5.
I love my miracle ear hearing aids. They have opened up a whole new world for me. The service I receive is absolutely wonderful. My patient care coordinator Brenda is a joy to work with. I so appreciate her help.
Both Jayson and Brenda have been great! Very helpful and greatly appreciate all they have done.
Digital hearing technology continues to improve, but is only as good as the technician’s ability to apply it. Computers recommend settings for digital aids, but in my experience, those settings are a starting point. The initial settings need adjusted. The technician’s skill in interpreting the wearer’s explanation of problem areas is of major importance in getting optimal results.I have had hearing aids for over thirty years and have dealt with many technicians. Brenda, at the Miracle-Ear Office on Jonestown Road office, is one of the best. Her encouragement and determination to provide the best result possible makes the difference between improved hearing and amazing hearing. She is an asset to Miracle-Ear.
The people here are really, really nice.
New experience for me. Being treated very well.
Very helpful went above and beyond to make me and my husband happy highly recommend them for your hearing needs.
This office is the best!
I am beyond pleased with my new hearing aids. they have made social interactions comfortable. I hear TV and radio well. I can even hear conversation in a moving car.John was wonderful and patient. I cant recommend him highly enough.
I like going to Miracle-Ear in Harrisburg.Ive worked with at least 3 people there, and they all do a good job.Right now, Im very happy with the newest hearing aids, which dont need batteries. And you dont have to be as paranoid about getting them wet, either.
I am a caregiver for Jack. Lisa and Dr. John took good care of Jack. He was very happy there.
My mom is 82 years old with dementia which was getting worse because of her inability to hear conversations. She had hearing aids for the past 8 - 10 which seemed to not function. She could not even hear with them in and therefore she stopped wearing them. After a visit with John Banushi at the HBG office he suggested new hearing aids which I must say I was against because I thought it would be much of the same due to her severe hearing loss. Today we picked up her new hearing aids and to my amazement she could not only hear him from many points in the room at a normal and low voice but she was able to hear him from another room. Due to her dementia she will have to conquer a learning curve of putting them in properly but he was extremely patient with her and had her practice putting them in for at least 30 minutes. I admired his patience and knowledge of the product. Kudos John! I pray to God this improves the quality of her life. Thank You John!
Debbie Corteza month agoMy mom is 89 years old with on-set of dementia which was getting worse because of her inability to hear conversations is very much similar to yours. (She had hearing aids for a number of years which seemed to not function well, despite having awesome insurance). Like your. Mother, she could not even hear with them in and therefore she stopped wearing them. After a number of visits, she cant seem to get a new set of hearing aides, only asking her to keep replacing batteries. The next visit I will ask for an appointment with Dr. John Banushi at the HBG office.Awesome review and recommendation and thank you.Litho Ware
