I absolutely love everyone here at Beltone. The wonderful receptionist is friendly and helpful. Sandy is absolutely AMAZING. She is very thorough doing her job. From talking you through every step of the hearing test to helping you set up your new hearing aids. Sandy recently helped my grandma with her new hearing aids. It was so nice to be apart of this process and learning along the way. I highly recommend Beltone and the wonderful staff.

I have been using this Beltone office since I got my first pair of hearing aids. I have seen many different audiologists over the years. I have always had a good experience with all of them. The present one Sandy and Lisa as her office person have always been very responsive to any time I have called with a question or need for service. I came to Beltone after having a doctors exam, this was a second opinion for me. I received a more through exam here and a significantly more detailed explanation of my hearing problems. I selected a pair of hearing aids that worked with my phone and they were ready quickly. I appreciate the time spent explaining the functions of the hearing aids and how to manipulate the settings with my iPhone.The customer service was beyond my expectations. I was a very happy person walking out the door!!!

Our recent experiences around the audiogram/hearing aid world showed a world of difference in experience and we feel incredibly blessed to have been referred to Beltone from a satisfied customer. Sandy was exemplary in going above and beyond to accommodate all aspects of the “Hearing Aid” process; teaching about the individual audiogram, hearing aid options and demonstration of how to use the hearing aids when they came in. I could thank Sandy Swartz for saving my hearing...long story short..I was misdiagnosed and told to get a hearing aid. Sandy told us we needed an ER not a hearing aid and proceeded to call a local ENT to expedite my treatment which required a 7 day window of treatment.I have complete trust and come the day I need a hearing she will be my source.

My experience began when I took a friend of mine to the Harrisburg Office and met the friendly, professional, staff who work there. They treated my friend in the way I would have liked to be treated. So, I obtained an appointment to have my hearing checked. Holly and Sandy both treated me like we were old friends. The check-up was as complete as anyone could have expected, and I left the office with my hearing completely restored! I would recommend this office--and Beltone-- to all my friends and let them find the same expert service which I enjoyed.

Our very first experience was absolutely wonderful! Holly was wonderful with my father in law, trying to fit him with the best for HIM and nobodies pocket (big win for me). Ive had these thing since June of last year and have had to return every single month for a hearing increase because i am still NOT HEARING!! Its so frustrating!! I thought i would finally be able to hear and i am hearing better BUT i am not hearing what i NEED to which is people talking to me and little kids im so frustrated!! Not recommend!
