Fixed my computer in a reasonable amount of time, explained the results to me, and did it for a fair price.

Right now they are just doing drive ups, Friendly people, comes out an talk to you an help with what ever you need, they got me a good computer an took my old one in to work on it.

Ill elaborate. My experience was from 2 years ago and I believe my rating from then was deleted.I brought my laptop in for repair and was told it wasnt an issue, it would take about a week.. maybe up to 2 weeks. Three weeks went by and I called, I was told the keyboard was on back order. Thats fine, I can wait. I believe it was another 2 weeks later, they said it was ready.I picked up my laptop and brought it directly to work, started it up and it was obviously not fixed. The issue was worse. I called immediately and was told they probably forgot to reset the system and to factory reset it myself, then it should work. Well I know how to factory reset it so I did just that. This did not fix the issue. Startup actually was worse, I couldnt even make it to the home screen. Im not sure of what they did but it was probably everything but fix it.As for the keyboard, I have a hard time believing it was on back order. The keyboard was actually crusty and clearly very used. I even took pictures of it to show my friend that helped pay for the repairs.That is my review from TWO years ago. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I found Crimson Cross computers to be very helpful. They returned my computer at the estimated time and helped me work through some ideas of how to save my hard drive. I would definitely refer friends here.

These guys are of no help choose not to want to help too my lap top in for battery replacement never got it right my laptop never worked agaln

I have bought multiple computers from them for work and personally and have always been treated great. They also have done service work for me and have always been quick and courteous.

Not trustworthy. Broke a hinge on my laptop and then blamed it on me. Would not recommend to anybody.

I think its stupid that they charge you $35 just for diagnosis. I brought Im my computer hoping I can get it fixed but no it wont even turn on now. They didnt even attempt to fix it. SO BASICALLY THEY CHARGE YOU $35 JUST TO MESS UP YOUR COMPUTER.
