Hired family comfort for carpet cleaning in a house i had just recently purchased. Samuel was the tech. They sent out. He was great, polite and very easy to talk to and get a game plan on what needed to happen. He was very thorough with the job. Great price for what needed to be cleaned, I am definitely satisfied with the clean, also the sanitation option is nice.

Highly recommend, both young men were professional, friendly. Samuel answered our questioned and explained what they were doing and the price for the amount of work was well worth it. The carpets look amazing and having a large dog who likes to sleep on the couches they now look brand new. Thank you and I will definitely use your services again on our hardwood floors.

I had my bedroom and office cleaned today, May 23rd. Abbey and Sam were very nice young men! It looks very good right now. I hope it looks that good when dry and stays looking good for awhile!! At this point I would definitely use them again!!

I had Samuel come to my house to do 4rooms, steps, and a hallway. With 3 dogs and one cat. And he do a gr8 job with our carpet, never smelt much better than it does now. He also one the nice workers I met. I would recommend him if you need carpets clean.

Wonderful Service, The carpets look wonderful and smell great. The two men who cleaned our carpets were very professional and kind. Samuel was amazing to deal with, I called at lunch time and they were at my house by 3 o’clock! Very impressed with their service.

My mother made an appointment and they were to arrive in the am. Morning passed and no show. Called and got an answering service who claimed they would have them return the call. Never called and never showed. Now the appointment is cancelled and we will have a competitor clean the carpets. Not sure why a phone call could not be made since everyone carries a phone these days. So beware you may sit and wait for someone and they never show. Very disappointed!!!

Sam and Dean were very professional. They explained what they were doing, and then even helped us put our rooms back together. They were fast but very thorough. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Worked with Samuel who did good job on carpet cleaning. I recommend them to my friends as well. Another thought on dryer vent cleaning which is over charged but its up to our decision to go with them or not.

Came to my home, cleaned my carpets and was wet for almost 24 hours not 2 as advertised. Told me it was because of my type of carpet also 3 days after they left carpet was just a dirty as before they came. Called and complained then they said somone would be out to look and two guys who looked stoned showed up staring they were here to re-clean the carpet (we have kids and it was the playroom they were ro clean) obviously we werent ready for them and to stay off our rug for 24 hours so I told them to come back a different day they didnt with no call. Waited one more week for them to make it right and they didnt come or call. So we called in the owner then spoke with us and told us it ws our fault and our rug is bad and he wasted his time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFF.... UNLESS U WANT TO LOOSE 100 on 2 rooms which apparently our playroom is 2 rooms
