Steve and his team were great. They were friendly, professional and the results were fantastic. First, they laid down runners throughout the house to keep the floors clean. In our home, they cleaned tiled floors in 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with white tiles and white grout (no less!) and the floors all looked like they did when we built our home 20 years ago - even the white grout looked bright white again! Steve also fixed chips in some of our tiles and matched the color so perfectly the dings arent noticeable anymore - we cant even tell which tiles were chipped. Were very happy and will definitely used Advance Cleaning & Restoration again!

I was introduced to Steve about 2yrs ago by a floor replacement company The floors at my business (laundromat) had been damaged from a previous floor maintenance company. It had such a wax build up that I was considering replacing the floors. Advanced flooring came in and brought my floors back to its original color. Unbelievable. I never thought I would ever have clean bright floors again but they worked their magic in just a few hours. I was so impressed with them I had them do the same for my second laundromat.. I had a severe grout haze problem that I invested several days into cleaning myself with no success. I tried chemicals, elbow grease, you name it. Steve was friendly and honest, and was a refreshing professional to work with. He completely fixed our grout haze issue, and was friendly and responsive throughout. He would be the first person I would call if I have a similar need in the future.
