Been going to Mrs Felicia for 3 years now, and she always has my hair looking nice. I always get the Dominican blowout! Not one time, have I NOT gotten a compliment on my hair. She takes her time and gets your hair healthy. You do not find to many hairdressers around that have you leave the shop with a hair style that last, and healthy growing hair!

Always a great experience and very nice people, as a mother who get intimidated surrounded by mostly men I never felt that way even the fist time I went in which may seem minor but is a big deal! Our barber is Daniel and he always does a great job even though he barely speaks English! lol

Went in and no one paid any attention even when I mentioned I needed a haircut and if anyone was available. Had to get close to individuals and ask around and most where indiferent and not available. Never offering a solution or even to try coming back, etc. Total indiference, zero customer service.
