The employees at Doves are honest, fair and very good at what they do. I am extremely particular about the mechanics and appearance of my vehicles - Subaru, Toyota, Honda are the brands we own(ed). We started at Doves over 8 years ago, and are very satisfied. Their diagnosis are accurate, their estimates are close, and most importantly, we have NEVER had to revisit an issue after we took a vehicle to them to have repaired. They get it right the first time.....and that saves time and money in the long run.

Ive been bringing our cars here for years. Andy and Ron have been upfront, honest and trustworthy, no questions asked. Would not hesitate to bring our cars here for years to come. They always call with any questions and will not do anything without your approval. They will explain everything and give you options, if there are any, for you to decide on how to maintain your vehicle. Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor and these guys certainly have my business.

Many illogical excuses and not any service. It went from ‘Are you sure you called the right location?’ when it was discovered that the appointment I had made 1 WEEK earlier was not written down and then to calm down when I was ready to walk out (in hindsight it would have saved me time and please note that later I would be told that it was written down for the following day 🙄) Then it was ‘the headlight is not out and its working fine’ (it was not fine and did not work) to ‘you realize that it’s going to be expensive due to the type of bulb’ (which I’m well aware, and it is also a law requirement that there are 2 working headlights on a vehicle) After 45 minutes of waiting I was finally told that I need to take it to the dealer because it’s a firing issue (the claim was the the headlight was flickering intermittently from on to off 🙄 even though it was ‘fine’) I’m not impressed and I did not take it the dealer. Nice try however I would like to give a huge THANK YOU TO TIREMART!!!! I would highly recommend TIREMART. I DO NOT recommend this place, unless you have some free time just to hang out and listen to stories that just do not make any sense.

Took our truck to Doves for the first time. We found them to be very honest and provided excellent service. We will definitely go there again and recommend their friendly service to anyone!

Ive been going to this auto repair shop for work on my Honda Accord for over two years.They take excellent care of it, give me great advice (for all things cars and trucks). The pricing and explanations of problems and solutions are honest and fair. One of the master mechanics, Joe, took me into the shop to show me specific variances in my wheel and tire alignment. He explained all the jargon I didnt understand and answered all of my questions.They do Honda certified regular maintenance as well. Props to Andy and the rest of the staff on having me feel like I dont have to go anywhere else for auto repair and maintenance.

The mechanics there are very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is clean and friendly and work they do is very good.

I take my car and my wifes car to Doves for everything! They are honest and timely and very reasonable. I trust these mechanics. Best in Harrisburg, hands down.

Andy and Ron not only got my Acura MDX checked out fast (after it died), but replaced the alternator and got my wife back on the road the same afternoon. These guys are straight shooters. Well be back (but hopefully not too soon)!
