This husband-and-wife team are terrific. They were able to assess my problem with my washer and confirm they had the needed part over the phone. They were able to fit us in within a couple days. Showed up promptly and fixed my washer in an hour. They also provided valuable tips to make sure my problem doesn’t happen again. Kevin Harner Appliance is great. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Don’t call this guy if you have an accent. He said they can’t come for a week when I asked him if they have availability soon. I said okay. When I told him we need help with our Whirlpool refrigerator’s water and ice dispenser, he said they work with all kind of refrigerators except Whirlpools with water and ice dispenser. When I asken him if he can look at our dishwasher which we also need help with, he said they work with all kind of kitchen appliances except dishwasher and microwaves 🤔. It was such a weird conversation. The only reason I can explain his attitude is my accent.

I wasnt impressed at all and I only called. The woman was very rude and dismissive on the phone, she told me what was wrong with my washer and said I needed a new one. While Id like to believe her, I still wanted someone to come look as i have no idea what she was talking about. She seemed to not want to schedule an appt at all to have it looked it and seemed annoyed that we tried to fix it ourselves during a global pandemic. She kept interrupting me and cutting me off, reluctantly scheduled the appt and when I called back to cancel it was like she was happy to not have to be bothered with coming to my house to look at my washer. Im sure she is very knowledgeable but when you are talking to a potential customer who has no clue about washers and is willing to pay for someone to look at it even if its not fixable as she said, you could be a little nicer. Youve just lost a potential client and I wont be recommending to anyone I know. Im not sure how theyve stayed in business with her being rude to people like that.

Family owned company, husband and wife team and they are unbelievable! They were extremely professional and informative. I highly recommend them and will call them with any future issues I have. My freezer started to make a loud noise and was getting louder. I called and they made an appointment next day about one to three o’clock. They called about 12:30 to see if it was ok to come a half hour early. They arrived with the parts needed and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. Quick and knew what they were doing and the price was reasonable.
