The staff are wonderful. They are quick to help no matter what your situation is.

Very understanding people..always to me..cant speak for others.They have a food pantry where you shop according to family size.There is always a variety of things in each section.Those with lower incomes are helped by these groceries.They have other things offered, but I havent used any of those services.Christian hosted facility, but everyone is welcome.

Whenever I need food or help theyre always there, whatever background of life that you have there is no judgement and theyre always ready to help to provide food to the needy

I was told to apply for the food pantry. Seriously? What a joke. Im starving and so is my family but thats ok my tiny paycheck on top of my bills piling up will help me out!!

This is the place to go if you are misplaced from your home or youre in need of food. You are having problems paying a bill this place is a great resource and sometimes they can even help you themselves. Find yourself in a disaster situation where you have lost items, they have clothes, toys, etc. Mike who runs the place is a wealth of knowledge.

About 4 years ago I was down on my lock with my son and I needed some help and this place new hope ministries was more than willing to Help In every way. They were very understanding considerate friendly and caring. What they do for people and their community is wonderful! I needed help with 2 of my bills a few gas cards and food I was able to get for a year and a 1/2 I am one of the people that I do not accept help if I really dont need it because that means Im taking from someone that does and at that time I really really truly needed it and I want to thank everyone who helped me out and my time of need and the case worker who were manager that I talk to his name was Mike who helped me out with everythink I appreciate it all and thanks for all that you guys do.

Decent Church. Food kitchen&pantry. Offers Help w rent,gas&electric bills. Also helps w Thanksgiving meals & Xmas gifts for children. Etc...

A very helpful place to help people that are in need of meal, n food for the month to make ends meet. And a lot of other programs to help people out for people that need It that are in bad situations in life at the moment. Great place to getting your life back together.

This was amazing! Had help with groceries here and I was soo excited once I got through the paperwork it was well worth it. Quality and quantity i seriously was like a child going toy shopping but as an adult providing for my family was soo gratifying. Thank you New Hope. Trully gives u hope for a brighter future.

Never anyone in the know around just volunteers around. Got spoiled dairy products from them on several occasions. This last time I got sick of it and lost a week of work. Really need to up the ante on fresh healthy food for the sick people of the neighborhood.

Very organized. My opinion is employees are very sceptical of us that are not as financially sound as most of the volunteers are. They have an air of mistrusting us as actions speak louder then words. I have never been asked for ID verification anywhere at food banks except with New Hope!! Feel intimidation indeed in a lot of their ways!

The person that is in charge, said to me, maybe you can find a military church to help you.We are not going to help .I have never asked for help to get me to work, I asked for gas money .I guess they used all those gift cards for the bosses cars ..A total insult,, I provided proof of work and car was outside ..I will be making a complaint to the federal authorities who give them assets to help People, The food giving is appreciated though even when its outdated and spoiled..

Went in for help that I desperately needed and they told me I wasn’t in a crisis and couldn’t help me at all. Never felt so embarrassed in my life

They told me I couldnt sign my children up for the toys for tots cuz I need to come to them for help all the time so cuz iv been busting my butt to pay my bills n not run to them for help then my kids cant get help with presents.o n sum finance class that I took years ago that I need to do it again.single moms take care of bills etc that sumtimes cant afford Xmas present so my kids dont get them cuz we dont come n beg for help all the time.I thought they try to help u get ur life together so u dont have to keep getting help,so when u do that then I cant even get help with Xmas for the children.sorry but thats not even right.Im not asking for money for bills this is for the children.Im low income so Id qualify that way...guess they r just like welfare they keep u down so u keep asking for help or ur completely let go n struggle n kids go without.sorry but thats insane n wrong.totally discusted at this.
