The services are fine. But on a recent visit TWO of 3 employees in the room were wearing masks improperly, covering only their mouths (sort of.) There is now a national mask mandate for all federal property. when I mentioned this to the youngest employee, he smirked and said, We havent received that mandate. I am tired of people being lackadaisical about health measures we KNOW can control the pandemic. I will not go to this post office again until I am fully immunized.
Submitted a hold request in person at the post office. Called again to make sure that it will be held. Tracked the package and says it’s delivered to my address instead of being held at the post office. Supervisor took care of it but 2 stars for making this such a painEdit: turns out my complaints were ignored once again and ended up not holding one of my packages. They also couldn’t locate the rest of my packages in the post office until I made a scene. This isn’t the first wrongdoing that this post office caused in less than a year. Amazing job.
These people are so personable and conscientious. I love dealing with the Hanover Post office.
They didnt deliver the parcel at the right address, still the tracking # showed delivered !!!! And did not take responsibility. When called in the morning, he said call in the evening. When called in the evening, nothing was done.
Friendly staff. Avoid the lunch and rush hours.
