Second time in a month i received an order that’s missing items !!

WHEN A CUSTOMER IS AT THE PICK UP LINE....PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THEM! DONT WALK PAST THEM...IF YOURE BUSY...COULD AT LEAST SAY HELLO, ILL BE WITH YOU IN ONE SECOND. THANK YOU! THIS IS CALLED COURTEOUS AS WELL AS RESPECTFUL!

I was born and raised in Baltimore md and I’ve never seen a royal farms so dirty. The floor is so sticky you could lose a shoe. It’s the only royal farm I have ever been in that never has anyone at the register. I had to stand at the register for 5 minutes waiting for someone to check me out. Not to mention it turned in to a bar. The seating area is full of people drinking beer now.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and got only 🍟

The chicken at this location is consistently very dry. I really like Royal Farms chicken, I travel a lot and visit many other locations. i’m not sure what this location does that’s different...

At night the chicken is either nonexistent or not fresh at all. Avoid this location if youre wanting fresh (their slogan) chicken.

Awful breakfast sandwiches. go to Rutters.

Friendly staff, chicken and sides are not that great. Spent 30.00 on chicken and sides . sides tasted like frozen food, and the chicken was small and mostly bredding .. And 10.00 for 5 wings that were mostly bredding as well.

The last 2 times I went the chicken tender meals the chicken was so salty I could not eat it

People that work here are very personable....only thing I have bad to say is now that they started selling alcohol it seems like a hangout out front and me and my fiancee do not go here much anymore especially after dark!!!! Would think for the area its in the police would keep people from hanging out front a little more

I come here a lot considering I live right up the street and usually when the line is long there is only one person working the cash register and other people who aren’t doing anything usually do not help out but look directly at everyone in line but today there is a new girl (Sky) which I may have spelled her name wrong but either way she saw the line was long and came right over to help out. I just want to thank her and hope she gets the acknowledgment she deserves for her customer service!

Rumor has it! If you buy a 2 piece after 2 am customer service specialist outside the door offer felatio services for 1/2 a piece! Now thats what I call service!

2 times now I got served expired tomato soup. There is a “prepared date” and a “consume by” date sticker on the top of the container. Two times I got served week old soup. My husband went in today and asked to please check the date and the same girl who gave him the expired soup just says “wasn’t me” and then prepared the soup. When I received the soup it suspiciously did not have a sticker on it when it always does so I didn’t eat it. I normally am not one to complain but I’m pregnant and I don’t think it’s too hard to just check the date on something. On another occasion a few months ago my husband ordered a chicken tender sandwich and had received chicken legs WITH BONES instead of tenders. My husband is not rude, he’s actually very patient so I don’t understand why someone would do that. I tried calling to speak to the manager but the number to this specific store seems to be disconnected.

Dirty place, they don’t clean at all. There’s always ants and bugs bye the coffee machines. The key pads are extremely filthy and when you say something they laugh. I will not be going there anymore!

I visit here frequently as I work close, but the store needs cleaning. They need to keep stock up a little better on certain popular items. I think the grease needs changed for the fryers, I come out after just a few minutes smelling like used grease.

Big signs out front advertise gas at 2.89 a gallon for premium but then when you pull in its 2.95 at the pumps. This is bait and switch false advertising! I wouldnt have wasted time pulling in if I knew it was 2.95. Id keep going to York!I have pictures too.

Messed up my food 3 times in a row, then I bought some strawberry cream cheese that made me sick so i checked the date and it said best by November 19th 2018, mind you I bought it 2 days ago. Disgusting

This Royal Farms does not enforce the wearing of mask, herds people close together at checkout and typically has a long lines pre-checkout.Before Covid-19 I gave it 2 stars. Just avoid this place. All the bums put up at the shelter mingle with the vagrants that sleep in the square.I was disgusted before since Im a Questocrate elitist, now I just dont want to liquidate the lungs of my loved ones.Again, avoid this place like the plague since now you may literally leave with the plague😒

Disappointed in their management of routine chicken meal boxes. I have been in this store a good number of times in the past for their fried chicken. This is the first time I have had a bad experience. The problem was with their cooking of the potato wedges, more specifically with this items priority. I stood at the counter and watched as two deep fryers got emptied, then stand idle. I assumed the third had the potatoes in it and watched it count down from 6 min to zero. It was filled with more chicken. After this one was emptied the fry master brought out a tray of frozen potatoes and started placing them in a deep fry basket, one by one.While the treacherous fryer was counting I overheard the fry marshal tell his minion that all these (with a sweeping arm gesture) were waiting for fries. When it was apparent the fry pooh-pah understood nothing of preparing the needed items in a timely fashion I passed six other frustrated and hungry patrons, went to the check out counter and got a refund.I will admit, I know nothing of the drop order and schedule for fast food. But anyone can look at their menu and see that every chicken box they make has fries in it. It would seem to me that this obvious fact would dictate the pace of the fry ordering. The Lord of Deep Fried fast food presiding at the Royal Farms tonight no doubt has a valid reason for why he appeared to not care about getting all food out at the same time, I am not going to wait around to hear it.UPDATE - Changing my original rating from 1 to 4. I visited some weeks ago and the service was fast, complete and professional. I was the only customer at the chicken counter so I talked with the nice lady in the kitchen. She assured me that fries were the priority in the preparation schedule, admonishing with the familiarity of a co-worker she asserted, You never run out of fries. This informality made me feel welcome and included, not a nameless customer, but an old relative.

Great location. Lots of drink selection and candy. MTO food is pretty tasty.

Food was pretty good !! However, girl in kitchen was extremely rude to me & my daughter!!! Think Ill stick to eating elsewhere OR simply waiting till Im home to eat... while the food is pretty good & quickly made, the customer service which was SEVERELY lacking in this case, put a bad taste in my mouth.. slot of places are vying for customers in this area... definitely felt that the employees could have cared less if I spent my money here.. gives me the impression that Royalty Farms doesnt care much either. Good to know, as Ill definitely spend my $$ where I feel Im appreciated as a customer1st time in this store, left quite a nasty taste in my mouth!!

This is the worst royal farms store ever. It takes 15 min to get a pack of cigarettes when your the only one in line. Never can get in and out for anything. The food sucks and takes for ever. This location is giving rofo a bad name every other one I been to is great. Hanover location not so much.

Great customer service for the most part, everyone has their off days of course. But the food is great and they maintain a very clean store from what I can tell.

Disappointed with the fact the young lady who bagged my chicken couldnt count. I was to get 8 and only got seven. The wings were that hard and dried out, uneatable.

Worst customer service ..!!!Ok, i dont like to give bad reviews but today i think is necessary.I just bought a chicken sandwich, after i paid the sandwich i returned to pick it up and nobody was there. After 5 min a girl came from outside the store using thw backdoor talking and laughing with another person. It took here less than 30 segs to give me my sandwich.It was completely cold. I asked toast.....when i asked her if she toasted she answer yes...!!! So i assuming while i paid she put the bread and the swiss cheese ( if we can call that...im attaching a picture of the half slide if found inside) to toast.Basically she left my sandwich 5 min inside the toaster while she was outaide the store talking. If someone asked for a toast is because the customer wanted toasted.If she did not toasted she lie to me...worst..!!And the cheese...a joke .

By far one of the worst Royal Farms Ive ever been to. Food takes forever to be made, and the premade sandwiches are always out past sell by date/time. The prices for everything is not worth any convenience unless youre desperate. Compared to other RoFarms its understaffed which can lead to long waits.

Food is horrible. Chicken was dry and bland. The slidders are a joke. As well as some of the sizes of chicken. I attached my wing to show. I will go to Roy Rodgers for my chicken .

Its a place I fuel up at and but a coffee on occasion.Its located at a busy intersection which makes it difficult enough to enter or exit, but with the Hanover Borough Department of Public Works repairing the sidewalks in the vicinity it backs traffic up to Royal Farms making for more difficulties.

I tried to buy beer two times both times it took me 15 minNot happy I told the young man behind the counter I should of went to Weis its in and out dont sell beer if you cant keep up with customers

Trash by gas pumps are overflowing . Fountain drink area needs cleaning . The floor mat by fountain machine is sticky from spilled soda . Observed empty product boxes on shelves near checkout.

Cant grade less then 0 or I would. The store is unclean . I was sticking to the floors. The help didnt seem to know their jobs and arent there to serve customers
