I became a member at A Healthy Balance three months ago. Everything from my initial consultation to my weekly workouts have been amazing. Alicia, the owner is the awesome at what she does. I do strength training 2 times a week along with my four days of running. Alicia is also my running coach who puts together weekly running plans for me which is nice to keep me accountable. I started going to AHB for nutrition with Kellie and then started doing semi-private training with Alicia shortly after. Kellie has helped me get back on track with my eating habits/patterns which has also helped curb a lot of my health issues! I used to suffer from daily migraines and now I get maybe one or two headaches a month. I’ve also been the kind of person that has been too lazy to go to the gym or hated going because I never actually knew what to do. Training has been great and I’m at the point where I can do supplemental workouts at home with what I’ve learned. I’ve never had a stronger support system than I do with the AHB team
