For ten $/ month this is a no brainer. I never wait for machines. The staff/ management is so kind and helpful. It was built 2-3 years ago so everything is new. Showers are clean and all supplies are always fully stocked . Highly recommend !

Approximately 3:30 today I ask for a tan in a bed. The man in purple shirt behind desk ask if Ive use their system before. I told him no. He acted as if he didnt have the time of day. Asked me to use bed 2 and I told him I used that bed the other day and bulbs were out so he put me in bed 1. As I was leaving I told him a few were out in that bed as well. All he said with an attitude was, ok. He is very unprofessional and has no business skills at all. I certainly hope he is not like this with others.

Super dope folks work here and they go above and beyond maximizing the absurdly cheap $10/month gym experience to a place where you feel like you got your money’s worth each time you’re there. Give them all a raise, corporate or franchise owners! They really deserve it at the Natick club for sure.

I have been a member here for 3 years as a Black Card member, then a standard member. I enjoyed both. I appreciate how large the facility is. I go to the gym in the late evening and find there is plenty of room to socially distance, plenty of equipment.

4am and not a soul here. Sign says open 24hrs a day. Just because Keith is gone, doesnt mean this place has to fall apart. Not a good start.

Employees are great. They are very courteous. All machines are being wiped down constantly. I would suggest that they put up signs asking people to do their exercise and not be on their phones the entire time.

I didn’t like it because a person punctured both tires on my car last week, unfortunately together with the cops we didn’t find the individual, a gym so big not having cameras on the doors this is absurd

Predatory and inconsistent billing! I was given assurances of how much I would still pay once my membership was canceled, and then I was charged more! I was told I would not be billed if I canceled before the billing date, which I did, but I was still charged! Talk to corporate about it and they make up a new date that was in the membership agreement. If that was the date then why didnt the staff know about it? And why cant they provide me with any proof of a signed membership agreement with that date on it? This place is a joke that needs to be investigated.

Very disappointed in the poor communication and sketchy billing practices. I cancelled my membership after a couple weeks (I am moving anyway but did not like the gym very much) and I asked the associate many times to clarify that I would not have any more charges from planet fitness. Yet two days later I got a pending charge for a full year maintenance fee! I contacted the gym and they basically gave me the oh well nothing we can do about it and told me I could contact corporate, I did that and they just had me contact the gym! Dont go here, very shady practices!Update: you tell me that date, and the staff at the store gives me conflicting information. Clearly not on the same page, and very unprofessional!

Above average PF, especially when compared to other locations in the area. Ive made it my go-to a few times per week. Its a great value for the price, and the location is huge enough that you rarely need to wait for any equipment and can keep some space between other members. -1 star because the bathroom is regularly pretty dirty

BEWARE! Scam alert! I would give 0 stars if I could. I called to cancel my account 6 months ago. I was told that since I live in another state, I would have to come in person (not possible) or mail a hand written letter to formally cancel. They froze my account for 1 billing cycle until my letter arrived. Months later, looking at my statements, I was still getting charged. So someone on their end must have lost my letter, otherwise it would have been returned to me by now. I figured this was a mistake, so I called an asked. Of course I was redirected and given an email address to the main office. After requesting a phone call to speak to a human about my situation, I was answered in an email saying I needed to show proof of the mail I sent 6 months ago (also impossible ???). Although I had the document of the date I called to freeze, with no gym check in record since, not only was I told I will not be refunded, I was told my account will be cancelled. Another Planet Fitness lie. Well, to no surprise, I am still being billed. I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor quality of management and customer service of Planet Fitness. Accidents happen, but at this rate they are taking advantage of me, and apparently they don’t have a manager who was the time of day to address this issue and stop robbing me. Don’t sign up here unless you plan to be billed until the end of time.

Excellent experience, clean and a professional staff, not crowded

This place is a shame. I brought my handicapped father with me to help him out with his physical therapy and to stretch. He had to go to the bathroom ( no wheel chair accessible bathrooms located ) I had no other choice to bring him in the female bathroom with me and an employee ran over to me and told me that I couldn’t do that, embarrassing both my father and I. We are taking legal precautions. What a disgrace.

The staff is very friendly and good and very good atmosphere inside there.

This gym is great for a quick workout. They have plenty of bikes, treadmills and ellipticals that make getting equipment easy. I go on weekday mornings and have not had to wait to use bikes or the weight equipment. The only down side about this gym is that they, and all Planet Fitness, have removed scales. I would like to be able to track my weight and progress when I get to the gym. Overall the price is very reasonable and the facilities are very clean. It is also very evident that they do not want anyone to feel intimidated which is nice especially if you are new to working out or havent been in a while. Another nice feature is there are free cubby sized lockers in the lobby that have locks installed so you can put your belongings in and not worry about them being stolen.

Fun place. It was quiet on this evening which was quite nice. Very clean, nice people at the desk.

The seaport facility has great equipment and has a large space for the variety of classes. The locker rooms are very clean and have everything you need. To top it off, they have awesome customer service!

I am very disappointed with this Hanover, MA Planet Fitness as I canceled my membership, in person as they had requested back in March,2020 due to my concerns with COVID and turned in my entry card at that time and was informed that I was all set yet. However, upon review of my bank statement today, I see two new membership charges for July and August! I called in and the agent asked me to come in AGAIN to end membership (which apparently was reinstated upon their reopening) and seemed to doubt that I had actually rescinded my membership as I was stating. Now I have to call back to their manager, Ryan who lacks a surname and also write a physical letter to them in lieu of coming in again. I feel that they either had an incompetent staffer present back in March who informed me that my membership was canceled, OR they were incompetent in their reopening phase when they reactivated memberships that were already canceled. I am very disappointed and will never use Planet Fitness again!

PF is your standard gym. Nothing flashy, but plenty of equipment all around for anything youd want to get out of an affordable workout center. Staff are helpful, and can design workout routines with you so they are knowledgeable...but like with everything, some staff are better than others. The gym is clean, equipment well maintained and the locker rooms are well organized, and clean with great lighting and plenty of space.

The toilets in the mens room are always clogged.Other than that, good gym.

Awesome gym. Check them out if you want to get to the next level!

Its been good since I came back after opening during covid-19

5 days after Charlie Baker placed additional restrictions on businesss, including everyone at a gym required to wear a mask at all times, and some of your staff are still afraid to confront patrons who blatantly refuse to wear a mask at all? I witnessed it tonight. A guy on an elliptical machine, who appeared to not even have a mask on his person, let alone wearing one. Before this guy showed up, a male staff member did do a lap which I appreciated. But some of your front desk staff simply look the other way and refuse to say anything. I understand it may be awkward for them. But if there was ever a time for everyone to step up and do the right thing, it is now. I would think as a gym owner you would be concerned that Bakers restrictions are going to go even further including another shutdown. But you would not know it by the the lack of training of your staff. Or maybe you simply do not care?Follow up to my review below from two weeks ago. I was pleased to hear, and appreciated, your prompt response to my complaint about a seemingly new mask policy that did require masks for cardio workouts. I chalked it up to your front desk staff being misinformed. Well, apparently they still do not understand, as my respectfully asking them to talk to a non mask wearing member on a treadmill tonight was met once again with our policy has changed and masks are no longer required on the cardio machines. Again, it simply does not make sense. Especially since your allowed capacity has recently increased. It is like you are moving backwards at a time you should be more vigilant. Allowing the same people, who apparently feel that the rules do not apply them, to continue working out with noses exposed or even masks on their chin, without fear of being penalized. However, I ultimately got tired of reporting them to the front desk as I know your staff is only following management directives. To me, it was always a real slap in the face to the more than 90% of us in full compliance, but I learned to live with it and stay clear of these selfish members. But now, not requiring masks at all for those on the cardio machines, takes this lack of respect for the health and well being of your compliant gym members, to a new level. Id love to hear an explanation for this nonsensical business practice.

I go 3-5 days a week. Never crowded. Friendly staff. Good assortment of weights and equipment. No muscle bound workout jerks. Best of all, very inexpensive.

Clean and well run.

I love PF. Cleaner than most gyms and I never wait for equipment even though theres always a steady flow of people. Parking lots look full but I always find a spot. Best of all Im getting in shape again and I feel healthy. I have the black card membership because I like to workout wherever Im at with some free time. I also use the perks.

SUGGESTION Open at 6am on weekends.Staff are wonderful and friendly an always very clean. Feel comfortable while there.

My favorite pf.EDIT: Dropped 2 stars for replacing locker room shower heads to p-poor, water saving shower heads. If youre reading this: PLEASE LEAVE THE SHOWER RUNNING ON HOT WHEN YOURE DONE. Otherwise it takes 10 minutes for the water to get warm. Hopefully, management will then realize their mistake and change them back to the way they were.Edit:Showers head are back to normal! Thanks. I go anywhere from 3-6 days a week and never have an issue with any members or getting on the machine I want. Members and staff are very kind and helpful, everyone keeps to themselves so theres no intimidation or embarrassment of people looking at you/judging you.Ive been a member of another PF before but this is by far the best, this gym is open and bright and gives you the motivation and surroundings you need to keep going!

This is an amazing gym. Their equipment are the best. Their classes are helpful. Recommended.

I am not a gym rat I like being in & out as quickly as possible. I like the abundance of machines and flexible schedule.

This gym has all you need to stay in good shape with an emphasis on cardio equipment. I lift the heavy dumbells and havent yet been responsible for setting off the lunk alarm in 6 months of training.

Go here 4 to 5 times a week if I can, staff is always friendly and I usually always get the machine I need right away. Avoid mondays for busy days and tuesdays seem to be treadmill days for people
