Ive had nationwide for over 15 years and this location used to be good, but the past few years Ive been treated very rudely. One vehicle purchase I called to get it added and they told me I needed to call ahead and schedule an appointment just to add a vehicle to my policy over the phone. If you cant do something online and desperately need to go in person, go to or call the William M Therit Jr office in York instead. Theyre very pleasant and get things done very quickly. Its worth the drive.
