This is a great store. The staff are so nice and when the phone I wanted was out of stock they had a person from another store simply drive one over right away. No hassle, no fuss, good selection. Really friendly young staff who set the standard for great customer service!

Went there and bought a phone and told the sales person I want a phone with 128 gb and 5g they sold me one with 64 gb.I was in a hurry and checked it out later. Too late they screw you in that store. Dont go there.

The truth in this store I do not know how I know the service I can only say that I go because ups take my packages to this store because they always left me at home they lost me or they did not bring them to me and I preferred that they take them to me to this store and when it arrives they send me a notification that it is ready to lift it and so I no longer have problems

Do to having issue with customer service 611 we came to Hanover park store. The 2 guys working were great and helped me in a matter of minutes. It was great for someone to know there job and be able to help me quick and fast. Thank u again guys

Sandra was the best customer service associate I’ve ever encountered out of all my years of being with boost and coming inside of stores. She took her time & was very patient & helpful it took her two hours to fix my phone & reset it she never gave up & kept trying!!! she deserves a raise!

Today I had spent time struggling to get through to customer service on the phone so I reached out to the store to see if they may be able to help. Sandra was very nice and helpful and knew right away what my issue was. She did have to still get something from customer service but she handled it on her end and the issue was resolved in less time than when I was sitting trying to get through on my own earlier. When you get someone who knows what they’re doing and is timely and personable, its always a breath of fresh air!

You advertise additional lines with a extra phone for 10.00! Then you go in even when it says on the wall in their store that have it still going. Then charge you 20 for a phone and then even though your existing customer whos never missed one bill their gonna charge you a activation fee. So 106 over 36 that I was quoted the night before by tgeir store manager. I ended up going to bloomingdale store at Stratford and Best Buy who both offered it for 36 out the door. Thanks for nothing Hanover Park and I hope everyone just drives to the next town for actual advertisement that is as you read it

Going into a mobile phone store is not one of my favorite things to do. I have to say, every experience I have had with this particular Boost store has been fantastic. The people in there are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and have a great attitude. I cant recommend the actual boost mobile service to anyone. (It works fine for me, especially for the price) However, I would recommend this store any day. Much better experience than going into one of the big vendors stores where you wait and wait and wait, just to have someone try to get as much money out of you as possible. All they care about is increasing the ARPU!

I came in here to pay my bill from a different carrier, but instead I switched to boost and received a FREE LG Phone which is better than the one I had. Sonia helped me transfer contacts and helped me reset passwords to my accounts. I would recommend this place to anyone 😀

Went to see Sonia had a problem with my blue tooth connecting to my car and she solved the problem with an explanation of what was wrong. Highly recommend this location because any past problem or question the managers and employees have helped and made a difference.

Says they open at 9 and I had to wait for 30mins for someone to open up... Called and supposedly they were in a meeting... Well you guys should have at least posted a sign so people wouldnt have to wait or change your opening time!
