The team there is very nice and always takes good care of my vehicles. Pretty much exactly what youd want from a car maintenance shop.

One the worst oil change experiences I had. Took forever, crew was busy talking to each other, replaced light bulb with more expensive one without notifying me and light bulb still doesn’t work. Don’t go there!

WORSE place for UBER INSPECTION!!! Save your time & $19.99 go to UBER HUB in CHICAGO and pass inspection next day on the same car in 15 minutes!!!!!!!!

I went to Jiffy Lube for an Uber inspection and they told me I just needed a fog light replaced to pass the inspection. I had them replace the fog light and they sent me on my way with a passed Uber inspection.One week later, I noticed my frame for the fog light has gone missing on the side they replaced. I went back into Jiffy Lube to see why this has happened and they informed me the frame had a issue before they fixed the fog lights. My complaint is that they replaced my fog light without telling me that there was an issue with the frame to let me aware of the situation. I drove around with a loose frame and it fell off. They told me they will give me a fair estimate for the replacement due to the unique situation, but no response from their staff or upper management after two weeks. It couldve easily been one of their mechanics that broke the plastic frame and not notified me. Already assumed Jiffy Lube was the Mcdonalds of the car repair industry and they surely lived up to those standards.To makes matter worse, their mechanic wrote in the Uber inspection date so poorly, they denied my application and has decided to put my application on hold. Worst experience ever! Just wasted my time and money there.*edit*The response to the reviews are quicker than the response to the email they ask you to write to. Still no response!

I just want to mention about a great experience I just had at Jiffy Lube in Hanover Park on Army trail Road. I was greeted by Trevor who was a very courteous young man and Majeed who explained to me in terms I understood about what my vehicle needed. He did not try to up sell me which Ive had other oil companies try to do. He was very pleasant and took care of all my vehicles needs! I also want to thank Randy R & German V. Who changed my oil. I will def be back for my next oil change!!

Oil looked dirty like it was not replaced. Told that new oil looks that way in a fuel injected GDI engine. The car has 145,000 miles. You be the judge

Ive not been here in a long time. Thought it would be much faster to get a quick oil change versus waiting 3 hours at the dealership. Service went smoothly, however after I specified a certain oil type, they filled the engine with something else. When I brought this up while paying, they drained the oil and refilled with what I had asked for.The next day I checked my oil level, and it was overfilled; roughly an inch above the full mark.I returned to the location, and they fixed the problem with no question. The staff was professional, kind and empathetic. Nice job, will definitely return.

Prices seem slightly high even with a coupon. Very fast service and friendly employees. I would reccomend this place to people.

Very nice and honest people at this location. I went in right after work and only had a 10 min wait time. They provided the service I asked for and I was out in about 40 min.

Morning manager tried to sell me a radiator flush when I clearly didnt need one. All I came for was the oil change and was being convinced into buying a tire rotation when I had just rotated them myself the other day and the tread depth was perfectly fine, and not to mention the tires were brand new. During the oil change the manager, Andrea, just sat in the office area and was on the computer the entire time while the poor teenage workers did everything. Never coming here again, terrible customer service.

Super friendly staff and also made sure to walk me through the status of my car while recommending the best solution for me. Well aware of the other car services in the area and what they offer. For example they asked where I recently got my new tires to ensure I didnt have to pay for a rotation if I didnt need to so I can allocate my resources in the best way to take care of my car. Thoughtful and focused on your needs.

I am usually very happy with this location. The manager there is always great. She is always friendly and helpful. Last week I went for a break job. I asked the tech to show me my pads, to determine how bad they were myself. They took me down to the sub-level and showed me the back of the tire. Im still not sure how that was supposed to let me see my pads. My time was limited, so I went with it. Im certain I needed them. But, it seems more professional to actually show the pads, if that is whats beings asked for.

Drove to my local jiffy lube and was greeted by a cheerful young man named Majeed who really seemed like he cared about my experience which was awesome! I asked him if I could stand outside of the shop and watch and they said no problem I conversed with David and Randy the manager at the time and they were wonderful as well, answered all of my questions and ran me through the service as a whole and what was happening. Even sparked up a conversation about my unique truck ! Great guys! Definitely recommend these gentlemen!

Was in and out pretty quick

I brought my car in for an oil change and my vehicle left on a tow truck. They are taking no responsibility for the damage to my vehicle.I left a message for the district manager and did not hear back from him for 2 days. After I called corporate the district manager did return my call. He was very cold and rude. I have been a loyal customer who brings 5 family vehicles for regular oil changes and this is how I was treated.This store is independently owned and I feel they take advantage of that and give Jiffy Lube a bad reputation. Beware, don’t let the workers drive your vehicles!

*Amazing Customer Service*!!I accidentally put 87 gas in my BMW. Called jiffy lube and they got it all out free of charge. Not a normal service they offer but went above and beyond to help me out. They even order a siphon from a local store in order to get the gas out. Great service. Great people.

Majeed is the best! Came up to my car as soon as I parked and offered me the best options for what my car needed.

The employees straight out lied to me, stating that my car has multiple leaks everywhere. I have my own mechanic check my car bi-weekly, and a friend of my father also checks my car; these people I trust their judgment out of everyone else. The employees also lack communication skills, charging me for something I did not ask for. Seems very shady and almost scam like.

Last visit was terrible. I went there for a regular service to my car. Normally its about every 3 weeks to a month. My job requires long distance driving so the average 3K miles rack up in about 3 weeks or so. But I went in on 5/26/16, I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Horrible service. On my way out I was questioning how my car could have been serviced so quickly. I was even questioning if they did a full oil change to my car. But on the receipt I recieved it said everything was completed. Yet, before I took the car in it was a little messy since I take co-workers with me at times to far destinations. When I got back in my car I noticed my floors werent vacuumed and nothing was thrown out. But just like I mentioned earlier, the receipt said everything was taken care of. It was a pathetic job with no effort put in at all. For the price of the services they offer you would expect a lot more. I could have gotten better service from a 10 yr old if I paid them $5. Hopefully other returning customers dont feel the same way. For having been going there for all my services regularly I did not expect such surprising results. If I could rate my visit less than 1 star I would. Im going to stop by one last time to see how this management is working bc this is unexceptable. That way, if it happens again Ill make sure I take pictures to show proof. Very disappointed.

Upsell upsell upsell, thats all this place is concerned with. I came in for a simple oil change. Instead theyre taking out my glove box to check the cabin filter, (trying to get me to pay $30+ to replace a filter that costs less than $15, trying to charge me $20 to change out a clean air filter (which is $7 easy replacement yourself.) Then to top it all off the guy resets every single count on my maintenance computer in the car, including my tire rotation schedule, now I have no idea when I last rotated my tires or when Ill need to again.

Young kids waiting on me, didnt seem to know what they were talking about. I asked if they put air in my tires because my light was still on. I was told that they did and it would go off after a couple miles. They actually never did... All of them needed a few pounds still and one was 10 pounds under.

I have never been to a jiffy lube as professional, knowledgeable, and courteous as this one! I will surely return again!
