Convenient to be able to drop off fedex packages without going to Quincy!

I have a package with a rma and they will not take it without a label

I ordered three pair of shoes and have a sign hanging on my porch to put packages on top of a shelf that is by my door to keep packages away from my dogs. You cant miss the sign. But, I came home to three pair of chewed up shoes. Disappointed when I was told I had to go online to give delivery instructions. However when you order something, you do not know who the shipping company will be.
