Its ok. Oil change on a 6.7 Cummins was the most expensive Ive paid in 4 years of Ram ownership by $10. Charged me $11.50 per quart as opposed to my last Quick Lane at $7.50 a quart.

Lied about service work performed. When confronted service manager made excuses for technician not doing job properly. Manager did make technician perform work after confronted. Offered next service free as a hush gift when I mentioned contacting ford motor company.

I could have gotten 2 oil changes for their prices - and an air filter all for the remarkable price of $71.?? - what a rip off. When I asked what were the comparable prices he said this was a reasonable price. No - if I would have taken the time and did my homework, I would have known - but was in a hurry, shame on me but never again!
