Never had a problem with them. Their technicians are very professional and courteous.

George did a phenomenal job. Got my service account set up, came and sprayed my home inside and out, cleaned all the spider webs. Was right on time, provided me with information on what he was going to do, and how long it would take to dry so I can let my dogs out. Definitely recommend San Joaquin Pest Control.

Richard is great!! He was so friendly and professional. He educated me as to what I needed to do to help eradicate our pest. He arrived right on time and worked very efficiently and effectively. He explained every thing that he was doing. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company. The person I initially spoke with on the phone was also great, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had never had an issue with bugs, my only dealing with pest control people was termite prevention. Richard made an icky situation as pleasant as it could possibly be.

OLD REVIEW : Terribly unprofessional. I was wanting to set up a meeting for them to do their service at my house. I was gravitated towards this business because of the great reviews.The person who I was talking to was called Freddy. We agreed on a day and time but he messaged me the DAY OF the appointment and asked if we can reschedule due to a family emergency. I, of course agreed because I know things can happen. We agreed on another day and time again. TODAY. On the exact time of the appointment, I messaged him if we were still on for today. He replied with Omg. Omg. Implying that he forgot. I never heard of anyone responding to a customer this way. I have a very hectic schedule. I am not available most of the time because of my job. It was already difficult to schedule one meeting with this company. But TWO? He then asked if we can reschedule again for tomorrow. This would make it the THIRD time that we could have settled on a time. I have had enough with this company and the unprofessionalism with this employee. I will see if the service is completed tomorrow. I will keep you updated. (1 STAR)NEW REVIEW : After I posted the review I got reached out by the company and the scheduled time was made. We did not get the same worker as before. The new worker arrived on time and was very kind and friendly. I got this service for my parents home. They arrived on time and were very professional. I would recommend their service to anyone. I glad I got them for my parents.

Great service and great communication. Had these folks for monthly service and they are very polite and will call ahead before showing up. Maynard helped get rid of a bee infestation I had in the attic.

Friendly and professional

Weve had them for almost 3 years, but have just continually went downhill in quality. We have tried for almost 3 months to get them to spray for ants, the office keeps saying the tech will call, which he doesnt. Now I leave voice-mails and they arent returned. Going to be canceling service soon.
