Scammers as far as I know. Came, the first time late, took my money, was to come back to spray inside, didn’t call. I called two weeks later and they said he had come back as we had an appointment. She stated he came but no one was home. That is not true as someone is home. She said he rang the doorbell and no one came. She said he just leaves. I asked for the date he came and she said she don’t know because they don’t keep the records. They just throw it away. What business does that? Anyway, It’s not true. Just went through my doorbell camera and that never happened.I asked for a refund and she said they don’t do that. I will be reporting to BBB as this is unprofessional and literally just taking my hard earned money. Choose another company!

We have had a huge problem with carpet beetles. After the stuff from Home Depot didnt work and other stronger chemicals didnt work, we called Hedges. We told them it was bad and they were able to get a tech out that day.Our problem was pretty severe but they continued to support us every step of the way. Their customer support is OUTSTANDING!The owner has been doing pest control for over 40 years. The staff he built is all about getting the job done.This is a 6-Star company!

I love Hedges! My family and their business have used Hedges since the 80s. Of course when I had a family of my own it was the only choice for me. Very friendly and accommodating!
