Well i should have read the reviews before I scheduled a routine maintenance appointment for my 2016 Ram 2500. I wont discuss the overpriced bill for the simpleservice that it required. Lesson learned, dealerships always overprice. However for the overpriced service you would think that they would at least provide a good service. My vehicle was recently detailed and the inside was spotless. Most repair shops And dealerships use paper mats to keep you car clean, not this dealership. I called to let them know that the service department went off road and dragged their muddy shoes in my truck. This was Friday and they told me I would get a call back Tuesday of the following week however here we are one week later and they cant even return a call or apologize for the bad service. I would agree with the other reviews, avoid this place. Overpriced, No professionalism, no customer service.Update 9/10/21 - Rachel from the service department called and offered to have my truck detailed. I do appreciate the gesture and will take them up on the offer at some point in the future. It does leave a bad taste when something like this happens and you’re ignored when you call about it. Things happen and I appreciate the apology and gesture. I will give them another try if anything to give them the benefit of the doubt.I hope they make changes. Small towns like hanford and other surrounding cities have limited services and we should try to keep those services local for a variety of reasons, jobs, convenience etc.

I went in with a particular budget in mind for a Jeep Wrangler. Martin and the team were very good at listening to what I needed and got me really close to my budget in a Jeep that I thought was out of my price range. The whole process was done in a matter of a few hours. They are very efficient.

On 2/15/21 Went to just look at the green charger to make sure it was the color I wanted. It is amazing by the way ❤. David was kind and answered my questions, he was already with customers so he brought Dom out to answer any questions I may have. We talked, searched, test drove, and I left with my new charger. To make me happy, Dom and his team went above and beyond to make my purchase perfect. I brought my car back for a spoiler install. Rob and the service department also went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect. The only complaint I have is when I picked up my key from the cashier, she was rude and acted bothered that I interrupted her personal conversation to get my keys.Because they are the last people to interact with the customer, it could have completely ruined any experience with the dealership. I want to thank Dom, Jaime, Rob and Matt for their AMAZING customer service and Because of them I will continue doing business there. Hopefully the cashiers will be addressed about their attitude towards the customer.

My Dad took his 2020 Ram in for a service, when he arrived home he noticed a bunch of damage on the tailgate of his truck. We have gone to the dealer multiple times to see the service manager always but he always happens to be on “Lunch or Out of Town” left hum multiple voicemail no reply. Haven’t been given a service report or shown the video of his trucks service. TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR CARS BEFORE YOU GO THERE. THEY WILL AVOID AT ALL COST!
Purchased a vehicle here 8 years ago. Consistent problems with A/C unit. They couldnt ever fix it. Come to find out the condenser was BENT! How? Factory maybe? Dealership fender wreck? You tell me. Ill never buy from here again.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! COMPLETELY OUTSANDING AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED.To start Im on leave Im in the military and I did NOT have the luxury of time which is even WORSE given the fact that covid is still alive and present and services do take longer, THAT BEING SAID!!!!!After having my vehicle towed at the dealerships expense and giving me a second opinion before another dealership had me dead to rights with my engine opened up and it taking a MONTH before they would even be able to LOOK at it, these guys went above and beyond.I had to express to them I only had 3 weeks of leave and by the time they got my truck I only had 2 weeks left. They one, were able to diagnose the engine which was a lot of work because it had a Rod knocking and it ended up that the entire engine needed to be replaced. Which to unbeknownst to some people, for a warranty replacement of an engine they require the engine be taken apart in pieces and pictures taken individual components and all sent up to Chrysler, to determine causes and verify it wasnt negligible. These guys were upfront and honest with me from the get go, they told me how long it would potentially take and that they would do there best to get the parts or engine (at this time) to get me back on the road being as I am 2,200 miles away from where I am stationed at. There communication with me (even though out in sanger I have HORRIBLE service) was great they were patient and understanding even when I had my basically every day phone-calls twice a day morning and before closing as I was frantic to know if my truck would be fixed by the time I would need to still DRIVE home and sign in from leave. There Service Manger Chris, who is also the parts guy PUSHED HARD for me to get my engine in they originally told him it would take 2 weeks which he DID NOT accept, Robert and Rachel both service managers and Advisors were really putting in the effort for me more so than I expected, they really put me first. I have been in the costumer service business before joining the military since I was 16 and I can only say that these guys really were exceptional to the point where Ive been trying to figure out how I could TIP them or give them some sort of gift-card for HOW much effort they put in for me and how safe and secure I felt with my truck in there hands. 10/10 More than I couldve expected all while never meeting face to face until picking up my truck.

Very bad experience, very bad service ... I took my car for a service recall and they gave me the appointment at 11 am I asked if my car would be ready that day and they told me if I should go back at 5 pm and I of course I live in Hanford I waited for 6 hours and when it was 5 pm I returned and it turns out that they did not even move the car from the place where I left it, eyos ... I will never take it back to that place I do not recommend it for anyone .. ..very bad terrible service ..

Bad Customer service just for one questions
Terrible and very rude service department! Ignored me the whole time I was patiently waiting for assistance. They did not address until asked for help! Then they gave me Attitude for asking for help when they we’re just sitting there! Acted very unprofessional and spoke to me as if I was bothering them! They acted like they hated there jobs! Pretty sad, because in a small town like Hanford word gets around pretty fast! And did i mention they cancelled my appointment twice because of lack of mechanics, so sad!!!
The salesperson was very down to earth & friendly. She did her best to get a deal that works with my budget. The waiting time for the finance department ran a little long & they couldve offered some entertainment (like a tv) to watch while I waited but it was a bit awkward just sitting there with the sales person in silence twiddling our thumbs. A snack couldve been offered while I waited.. they did offer bottle water, which was much appreciated bcuz it was so extremely hot 2day. I would recommend this place if u were serious about buying a car but dont want to be sold a car.

Will never purchase another vehicle from HANFORD RAM. My parents needed a reliable car and traded in a 2017 Cherokee for a 2019 ram. Were never asked to try truck out fresh of dealer truck had problems. Lights didn’t work, battery didn’t work now engine light is on and it hasn’t been 3 weeks of there purchase. They are not taking responsibility for truck because they were told “truck was fine didn’t need warranty” now they won’t fix truck. Not to mention one of the guys was screaming at my mom. It’s unfortunate they take advantage of people! Do not make the same mistake!!

My experience was based off three people Natalie, Ashley and the sales manager Oscar. I did run into a couple of hiccups in the process but I was well taken care of. Ashley went well beyond the limits of customer service to make sure I wasn’t just a happy purchaser. Ashley and Natalie made me feel right at home. Here to do maintenance specifically oil change for our Van. The office looks pristine, following Covid-19 protocol, 6 feet apart seating in the waiting area, the bathroom too is clean . So far we haven’t encountered problems with our maintenance. So far so good.

Every year or so I get forced to take my van to these people for some service or other. Its never a good experience. When we first bought our van from them eight years ago, things were not too bad, but then it all went downhill.The fact that they are overpriced I can deal with, its the lying that I hate.Today the lie was particularly bad. They told me my wife had NOT been in to see them today despite her saying she had AND despite the fact that one of their service tags was hanging from our mirror from when she took the car in this morning.Lying to me is bad, calling my wife a liar is beyond my acceptable limits. I was too angry and had to leave. Im still trying to work out what to do but Im guessing their manager will just side with the employees and kicking up a fuss will get me nowhere.******* Edit *******The next morning after posting this review, the service manager obviously saw it and called us to apologize. I have raised my rating from one star to two star because I was impressed that he did that.

I went here after going to a few places... Just remember to check your credit score. If you know it before hand they can give you a rough estimate of how it will go. This place treated me with class. I was helped by Jeremy Bangles and he was really cool. He help me get as much details as possible for the price I was looking for. If there was a rating for Jeremy Id rate him a 5 out of 5 stars for best customer satisfaction. He treats you as an equal and he will try and do his best to get the best deal for your buck. I am happy with me 2015 Kia that came to 13500 end price. It was dropped from 16,000. Best place to get a good car basically new. Good place to pick up your credit which one was in the 600 range. I put down a 1000 deposit. Wish me luck in my payments..

I had received a mailer regarding the dealerships Slasher Event So I preceded to make an appointment as instructed on the mailer. The appointment was made with the representative on the phone for last Sunday 2/23/20 at 2:00 PM to find what I had won. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were met by the sales manager (sorry dont remember his name). When we asked him about the prize he told us that the event didnt start for another two weeks and that we should have read the fine print on the mailer. (strike one) When I asked the sales manager if he had any SRTs on the lot and he said yes. Then walked us over to a silver RT and proceeded to convince us it was the same car as an SRT. (strike two) As he continued dance around that a DJ got on the microphone yelling in Spanish so loud I couldnt understand the B.S. the sales manager was trying to feed me. (strike three) I will never do business with your dealership due to your unethical practices and I will make sure to let everyone I know about my experience.

Overall a very bad experience. I called this morning regarding a specific pre-owned vehicle and spoke with David, and made an appointment with him for the afternoon to show me the car and possible test drive. I showed up at the agreed upon time, and David was at lunch. After waiting a few minutes and being called by a coworker he shows up. David walks out to show me the car I inquired about, and it isnt in the front lot. He disappeared to the back lot for a few minutes and tells me they actually transferred the vehicle to a different dealership and the other dealership sold the car 2 days ago. Huge, disappointing waste of time and lack of professionalism.

Pat in service was great, he got me in out on time. The dealership is overrun with no room to park. They need to upgrade their facilities and expand their service reception area. I sat in what I thought was a service line for ten minutes,before a very nice lady came out to advise that it was not a line they just were out of parking . They need traffic control.

I cannot believe Im saying this about a dealership, but their service department seems to be very honest and customer service oriented. I took my Jeep in for an issue that I had previously visited two dealerships about. They didnt blow off the issue to road noise like other dealerships had in the past and the maintainer actually road in the car with me to listen to exactly what I was talking about. Sheila is their service manager and if you can manage to speak to her she is very willing to help.
I recently bought a Dodge Challenger from here and my experience was amazing. There was no pressure from the sales people to buy a car and they were able to get me a new car that fit my budget. Jessica who was my sales consultant was amazing. She took care of everything! She got me the car I wanted within my budget, she was able to connect me with an insurance place that was within my budget, she even went as far as to go to the insurance place pick-up all of the paper work I needed for the car and delivered the car directly to my home with the paper work ready to sign. I would definitely go back to do business with her.

I like this dealership because they arent pushy. They ask me what Im looking for and if they dont have it, they tell me. There is no run around.... we have one getting cleaned up or its coming in from another location gimmicks. Keep it up people! I cant say guys because a nice lady helped me last time.
Domonic was an amazing salesperson and really looked out for the needs of our family. From the minute that we walked into the lot until we drove away with our brand new car he was helpful, polite, and amazing. They worked with us to get us the best deal on our car and an affordable price for us.
This dealership is a joke, and not really interested in selling cars. Very unorganized and salesmen didnt know much about their product when asked questions. Cars on the lot were filthy dirty inside and out, with dead batteries. Expressed interest in putting a deal together and they promised to call back twice and failed to do so on both occasions. While we waited to speak to a sales manger a couple next to us got tired of waiting and left. Do not recommend.
Called the service department several times to try and get a recall issue taken care of. I could never get through to anyone so I left several messages over the course of last week. I have not yet been called back. On Monday I went online to schedule an appointment for Friday. It is now Thursday. Do I have an actual appointment tomorrow or not? I dont know as I still have not received a call to confirm even though the online scheduler states I would receive a call from one of their service reps. This is not the first time Ive had issues with this service departments lack of customer service but it will be the last. I would now prefer to drive to Fresno Dodge where they answer the phone or at the very least call you back and treat you like a valued customer.
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. THEY OVERCHARGED ME ON VEHICLE REGISTRATION WHEN THEY ONLY NEEDED TO DO TRANSFER THEN I TRIED TO REFINANCE VEHICLE AND FOUND OUT THEY OVERCHARGED ME OVER 2000 On the MSRP I ended up paying 38000 for a 27000 vehicle. Don is rude and unprofessional for being the main man for this business. Albert the manager is a liar and a crook. Cesar could not even be courteous enough to call. I have two stars because the only positive I can say was the salesman Dominique he was very patient and tried to help the best he could at his level you ask me you should be working somewhere else.
