Was told one price then was given another larger price. Didnt like that because I was referring maintenance to someone who owned the van. Maybe they didnt look at the problem closer or I didnt explain throughly. Bad decision. Nice people though.

As a women, they treat me with respect and kindness. They never talk down to me or make it seem like I dont know what Im talking about, they listen to me and make sure to hear everything I have to say, and never overcharge. I have been going there for years and they have always been very thorough, efficient and friendly, which is always something you want in any experience but mechanics especially. I would highly recommend any and everyone to get services done here.

They accommodated me dropping my car early to them which was nice since we were in the area. My car needed a whole AC kit changed and they got it done in time and now we don’t have to suffer in this heat. Staff was friendly and the price was amazing compared to all the other places I called they also offer military which was great. I’ll probably make this my primary shop when my car needs to be worked on. Thank you to this who worked on my car and those in the front desk.

Took my grandmothers car here not long ago and it had more problems now then when we took it. Price was double what was quoted and now it’s in worst condition than it was will not go back or recommend

Excellent Customer Service! Took my 1980 Pontiac Trans Am in for an Oil leak and it was remedied in a timely manner. Only issue with the day it was due, there was a slight concern with another new ongoing leak but Jacksons Auto was quick to remedy the situation and provide a further discount for the extra time it took for repair and they also give an outstanding military discount! I highly recommend them and will be a returning customer!

They did such a great job on our 2014 Acadia that kept overheating that we took our sons 2010 Elantra in after the engine overheated. It’s not fun having car trouble but they are great to work with and they do a great job!

Well it started with my wife and I buying an RV in Hanford California, fuel pump went out Jacksons automotive was the only one that was open to help us over the weekend we had to get back to Phoenix Arizona, Kim assistant us Gary and his team help fix the RV and got us back on the road and we got home safely. I was looking at having work done by them on my car, but a friend of mine described a recent experience where they damaged her car further, refused to take accountability for it, and then the owner yelled at my friend. I will NOT be taking my vehicles there and I will NEVER recommend them.

Jacksons is great at what they do. Ive always got my truck done at Rons and now that theyve teamed up in couldnt ask for more. They rebuilt my transmission and transfer case. If more work needs to be done. Ill be back.
