If shes uncertain on something, she will find out and get right back to you . If I have to leave a message, she gets back to me right away. We have been with this agency for years and highly recommend Carl Nelson Ins. for any insurance needs.

I am absolutely fed up with these guys, but maybe it is my agent-- I have yet to decide this. I have told them that, under no uncertain terms, they are to not take a payment out of my bank before the first of the month because I am on disability. I have called them multiple times and the agent ensured that I would never have it happen again. Lo and behold, what do I get from Wells Fargo but yet another email stating yet another overdraft fee.I am absolutely sick and f* tired of the sheer magnitude of incompetence on my behalf. How can you do this yet again to me? Do they not care?I want a new agent because I have spoken to mine one too many times about the same problem and it appears that he has given literally zero consideration to my requests, but i know beyond all shadow of doubt that I will be switching insurance companies unless this gets permanently remedied.This has been a recurring problem at least times. It was not taken care of the first, second, or the third time.
