Went far beyond any experience with customer service ive ever had.My experience with Jimmy Alvarez was literally a State Farm commercial Lol.With me Working two jobs during the week I couldnt meet with him during his regular work schedule. Jimmy came in on a Saturday morning to meet soley with me. Before any policy or paperwork was brought up, Jimmy went out of his way to get to know me personally. All paper work was complete except for my fiances signature (she was home with a newborn).As i was leaving to pick her up, my car wouldnt start. Jimmy without hesitation came out and offered me a jump start. Once i got home i couldnt get my car to start. I then called Jimmy and said I wouldnt be able to make it back in to his office that day. He without hesitation drove 15 miles to my house to finish the paper work, as he got out of his vehicle his first question was if i needed a ride to autozone to get a new battery.Ive never experienced customer service like this from any business and will be referring all of my friends and family to Jimmy and only him.
