They manage our rental property because we no longer live in the area. Things have been going great over the past few years. There has been clear and quick communication, and they do their best to place quality tenants and take care of our property. Being a landlord is stressful, and they ease some of it.

I like the customer service with Allied. They have always been there for us and I have had no issues while doing business with them. Great place!

Allied bell key has been angels in our life! We have been through alot of tragic situations in our family including the death of my brother. They always worked with us and are very patient with you. We have been living in their property for almost 9 years and we have never had any problems with them. I would truly recommend!

I wish I could put zero stars. They ran our house into the ground. They charged us thousands over the past few years and didnt do what we payed for. We were told that our house was perfect! We were blindsided when we walked into the house. We dont allow smoking and its in the lease. The smoke residue was so strong it took two coats of oil based primer and paint to cover. There were holes in the doors burn holes in the new carpet. Not to mention they up charged on everything. One wall (80 square feet) cost $250 plus $48 for the paint.

I have nothing but positive things to say thus far about Holly. She has been great to me. When she could not get me into a rental, due to no fault of her own, she told me to keep checking and if I saw something I liked, let her know. She found one home for me but I did not like it. A couple of months later, I saw the perfect home, and she assisted me immediately. She has gone out of her way to help me and my kids get into a perfect home. Until I purchase a home, I will be glad to work with Holly.

They’re not super fancy, but they didn’t give me any issues. We did go overnight without water when a line broke and they wouldn’t send a plumber until the next day, but that was under the old owners so maintenance procedures may have changed since then.

Since Allied and Bellkey have been managing our property nothing has been done that the tenants have asked for. My front buzzer is broken and asked them to fix it. They have done nothing. My carpet needs to be replaced it has black spot coming up thru it. Theyve even came by and took pictures of the carpet spot. They sent a carpet guy out to look and they told him it was just one room. Its the whole apartment. The window seals have mold growing on them and they are separating from the wall. Ive caulked them myself at least five times and doesnt look like Ive done anything. I had mold in the bathroom at which I took care of myself, because no one else would. I needed a new thermostat, because it kept blow the heaters fuse in the unit and they did nothing. So I bought my own. Someone ran thru the front fence and it took them a month and they had so halfass people repair it. They used 2x4s to prop up the fence. Ridiculous Realtors.

Bad experience renting out our property with them. We had two tenants back to back leave us with thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses due to them breaking the lease and leaving damages and the other was evicted and left damages. They charge you fee for an attorney to draw up paperwork to file a claim but they wont give you any information regarding the process or the outcome. I was very disappointed because we used them to rent a townhouse also to buy our first home but when it came to property management they did a subpar job.
