This place is the ultimate worst. I when I walked in there was not one person there. I only needed to get a couple nails fixed. They didn’t have the color I needed so the woman said sorry you have to leave. I guess that’s why they don’t have any business .please do not go to this place. She was very rude.That’s too bad because I’m a great tipper. I’ve been in the business for many years

The only reason I’m even writing this is because the staff was nice. That’s the only reason they get one starI got a full set of acrylics with shellac.Paint - I showed a picture of French tips and I got an awful v shape on every single one of my nails but my ring finger. I wanted no designs as I am minimalistic there was a design on my ring finger which I asked not to have done.Shape - I showed a picture of coffin nails, got incredibly thick long nails that looked like square pieces of gum on my fingers.* I had them re-shaped and repainted at a different place, The nails didn’t even last four days.$70 at the “friendly nail” for nails that look like gum and fall off after three days. Don’t recommend. I

Absolutely dirty. The towels had stains. They did NOT clean utensils or towels between people. Do not recommend. Shellac peeled and chipped within two hours. Developed a terrible rash.I get my nails done all the time in Manchester and have never had a reaction or experience like this.They are nice but that doesnt make up for the health risk here. Go elsewhere!!

Went in for a coffin shaped full set. Loved the color changing polish that I got. Acrylic was thick and uneven on my nails, some nails were rounded off more than others. The man doing my nails was amazingly sweet and friendly. Great people, need more practice please.

I got a full set. Took two people 2 hours for a 45-60 minute process. Used way too much filler. Nails look awful. Facility was dirty and cold. Will not be back

I asked for a polish change she asked me to pick a package I picked the 30 she charged me 35 😬

I would do zero stars if i could. they are extremely rude and did a TERRIBLE job. i’ve never seen worse nails. they over priced very very much. it was 200 for three people when it’s never more then 120 for three people for better nails. we had 5 people go and everyone of them were terrible. all they did was talk to each other and when they were charging us they were screaming and talking bad about us. i do not recommend AT ALL.

This is not a safe environment to get your nails done! The dog was peeing all over the floor. One of the manicurist wiped the dogs underside I put the towel on a desk next to somebody that was getting their nails done. No one Clorox wiped A THING!! When the dog Peed on the floor, the manicurist came out with a mop, swiped it once and put it back. I will never return, I’m surprised they are even open!

Best place to around so far, no wait and fair prices

This place was the only place open to get my nails done for my sister-in-laws wedding. I only got nail varnish for my hands and my toes I got the very basic of everything. And it was still $55. The quality of both mani and pedi were horrible, she never pushed back my cuticles and left empty brush strokes at the end of my nails. Was not impressed at all amd WOULD NOT GO BACK!

I recently went into this shop after living out of town for 8 years. My aunt recommended Friendly nails and said the girls were great. They do a great job and are very patient with my grandma (she has dementia.)Now for my experience, I got a pedicure, and they did an amazing job. After, she was done rubbing my feet and legs I felt lighter lol. Its now been about 2 weeks and my polish still looks amazing.

They took me very quick and did an amazing job with my acrylics. I love the designs and they use gems also. Two perfectly polished thumbs up! 😁

I am disappointed, I called to see if they were available, they said come in 30 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later, they told me come back in 20 mins, when I came back 20 mins later, they said come back in 30 minutes. I don’t understand why they wasted my time, I could have gone somewhere else.

I was so happy to find this gem of a nail salon in June. It’s so clean, sunny, pleasant, and relaxing. Best of all the manicure and pedicure were superb. Even my super critical daughter comments on how good my nails look - and for how long the polish lasts. . Now, when she home for a visit from New York, she gets her nails  done there as well. The girls who work here are so friendly and helpful. I have been back several times. What a great way to treat yourself - a manicure and/or pedicure at Friendly Nails and then lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. - Helen McCarthy

So the lady cut both my pinkys and my pedicure nail polish immediately fell off

Sat me down and started taking my previous gel off before informing me they didnt have the colors I asked for let alone matte top coat or anything. Then charged me for what they did, knowing they didnt have anything I needed and wanted me to pick a different color. I left with bare acrylics and went to another salon.

Steady hands so french tips look amazing! Awesome real nail manicures, they really clean up cuticles without pain. I drive from Massachusetts for this place. Seriously worth your time to check it out.

The new management here sucks! They dont know what they are doing I asked for ombré nails and they had no idea what I was saying. He yelled at me and told me I should just get French tip because it was easier for him he painted my toes and they were patchy & looked like a little girl did them I told them to take it off and I left never go here!

They didnt clean anything... dead skin, brushes, drills. They made me move to their different stations. I witnessed three people before me and nothing was wiped down or cleaned. When I got to one station I had a cold, wet, stained wash cloth on the table. I got my acrylics put on two days ago and my nail beds are already looking horrible. I was switched between several different ladies. My cuticles were not removed properly... and are clearly still visible. And the woman who did it was painful! I would not recommend to anyone.

Great Place! Makes the trip to the beach worth it! I love the pedicures! The girls are so sweet and make u feel at home! I love the prices, next time I might even bring my wife!

Gel pedicure ended up costing me $65 some how, got my eyebrows waxed and the woman did a TERRIBLE job... she ripped chunks of my skin off my face and now I have scabs. around my eyebrows.

I got a fill, by far the worst one Ive ever had. It started chipping away the day i got it filled. Also the shellac that i got on top was completely rippled for some reason which Ive never had happen. I also asked for a special design at the beginning that the lady had never completed and said i was all set (so i politely reminded her of it and she was completely bothered that i even had reminded her since she had a line of people). Also double the price of the surrounding locations even though it was advertised for a quarter of the price i was charged.

The only reason I am giving two stars is because the staff there was very friendly, however, I was extremely unsatisfied. I got them done yesterday and my GEL manicure has already chipped. It also seems she didnt put enough layers on since it is streaky, and honestly looks like I did them myself at home. She also had a sign out front that said Sale with the prices. She charged me $10 more for each person. When I pointed out the sign she gave me a story about how it was a new owner starting yesterday (I believe this was a lie, why would the sign still be out there? - I didnt have time to fight as it took over an hour and I had to run). I can promise you I will not be back.

The techs were very nice but the salon is filthy and the mani pedi paint job may be the worst I have ever received.$70 and I already need a do over 2 days later.

I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and have been to numerous salons. I was extremely disappointed here. The biggest problem was the attitude.1) She used tips that were much to wide to my nails. I told her and she insisted they were right. No one has ever used wide tips like that. She had to clip the base sides to glue them on! This made the nail tip flair way out, they look ridiculous!2) I called before going to be sure they do gel. She said yes. After I was in the chair she said I dont use liquid gel, I use powder gel. Anyone that knows nails knows liquid gel is MUCH better than powdered gel, but its harder to do. She insisted powder is better, sorry but thats not true. It doesnt look or feel as good. The liquid leaves a nice pale color that you can wear with no color it looks so good. She knew this to thats why she didnt tell me when I made the appointment.3) Because she used the clear powdered gel you could see the connection line of my nail and the tip very obviously so the french manicure had to be done extremely low. They look stupid!4) I decided to have a flower, a fuchsia colored rose that had some white highlights put on the tips of 4 nails, 2 on each hand. I often do this. She refused!!!! She said it couldnt go on the white tip because there was white on the design. No, the white was highlight in the design and would have worked very well over the white top. The fuchsia flower would have looked good and appeased my overall disappointment. She would not do it! I told her I was okay with the white, I would take the chance, I was paying for it but nope. I couldnt believe it.5) Before deciding here to go in this area I called around to all the salons. They were all $45 for a full set. But Friendly nails said $25. I thought I heard wrong so I repeated it and she clearly said yes $25. I know they are much less busy than the other salons in the area so i thought they must be charging less to get people in. But 2 days later when I as actually going in I decided to call and ask again, I was told $25, again I repeated it and she said $25. When I checked out it was $45. I feel she was purposely deceitful on the phone about both the price and the gel just to get me in then acted innocent about the whole mess.6) Although the shop itself appeared to be clean the tools they were using definitely were not!Im an excellent and loyal customer and if Im happy will tip 40 to 50% because I know they dont make a lot. This whole experience was terrible. I still tipped 20% but I wont be back.

Horrible service!!!! Took almost 3 hours for a pedi and mani.It was the worst experience of my life. They over charged then what the board said and the response was oh we forgot to change it. The 2 workers were fighting with each other. Paint job was Aweful.
