DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES HERE!!I sat down to get my feet painted and the lady seemed to have an attitude but I figured it was just her persona. I asked her to trim my toe nails and she said something in her language. Every worker in the shop stopped to look over at us and she clipped my toe nail down all the way to the skin. It hurt blurry badly I got up and left. I’m not sure what she said but I’m sure it wasn’t nice. As for me I’m done with going to these types of establishments.

Quick refill and brows. Neat and clean. Ok with her drill didnt hurt me

I was very happy getting help with a removal from a bad set I received from another salon. I walked in and had a seat right away. I felt safe with their COVID setup too. They offered me other options than just getting a manicure. No pressure from anyone when I refused a new set which I really appreciated. Would recommend this salon to others.

The tech thought it was funny that he put a ugly design on my hand. It was hideous and nothing like the picture. Then I said well just leave them clear and ended up walking out without even a top coat cause the tech said my nails were clear. I never more unhappy walking out a salon in my life

I went in and sat for exactly 33 minutes and no one asked to help. I ended up walking out. I don’t mind waiting but I will not pay someone to blatantly ignore me.

Went in around 11am for a brow wax. I wanted to clean them up a little and I am happy with the results. I have thick eyebrows so I’m always nervous to let anyone near them. AND I made it in and out in about fifteen minutes.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. Will not be going back to this establishment.

Just got a pedicure.. Im a dude so I dont come here often but every few months or so I go somewhere new.. they were polite and did great work.. my feet feel and look great...

Let me start off by stating that this salon is NOT PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING AT All! I made a appointment ahead of time.people kept coming in ! By the end of my manicure every station on the side I was on was being used . I had a person on each side of Me and people were in the chairs in front waiting as well, I felt very uncomfortable. That said the only nice thing I can say was that the girl doing my nails was nice and friendly but did not do a great job on my nails, was trying to up sell then persuaded me to do a different color she chose, left them blotchy looking and to top it off cut my skin when she tried to file off the excess polish she put on. I would not go back to this location.

First time as a customer on Monday, but loved Mary, and this will be my go to place

I went in the salon, nobody greeted me or asked what I wanted. I waited for 15 and still nobody said anything to me. This was completely unprofessional and very unnecessary. Would not recommend.

I used to go here to get my eyebrows waxed. They do an amazing job but I wont ever go back, they leave hair in the wax and when I asked them to change it they refused.

A friend and I went in yesterday for pedicures... The ladies that helped us were wonderful. Great service and great attitudes all around. It was my first pedicure and even though my anxiety got the best of me, I will be returning here for any other nail related activity I desire. They are amazing.

Literally got full set 3 days ago and a nail broke. Went back and explained this set was just done 3 days ago. Not only did I pay $60 for the set but also tipped. And they wanted to charge me $8 to repair a nail that shouldn’t have been breaking in the first place. Apparently the charge was because a different technician fixed it and not the person who originally did them 3 days ago which makes absolutely no sense . You all work for the same establishment. . and you guys have a customer who just spend $60 on her hands and $30 on her feet in the same day but my nail not being done correctly and breaking isn’t justifiable ?! Definitely wont be back .

Everytime that I have visited this nail shop to have my nails done they overcharge me. Its like they make up a price thats different from whats displayed on the board. Ill just go elsewhere, its disrespectful to be blatantly cheated outta your money. I got a manicured full set with gel Polish and was charged $80. After this I thought well maybe I missed something and went back a second time for the same service and was charges $95. They are thieves with no regard.

First time visit. Not my normal place. Got the usual leg wax and pedi for the big family beach trip week. I was given a girl who apparently has never waxed legs before. I SHOULD have stopped her immediately when I realized she had no idea what she was doing but I didnt realize that she could do SUCH a bad job that I couldnt get in the salt water the whole week. Burned spots, horrible rash everywhere, AND I still had so much missed hair I needed to shave!! Brutal. And the main lady didnt intervene or do ANYTHING at all. She wrecked my legs and my beach trip. So fun not getting in the beautiful blue water.Never, ever, go to this place. I understand trainees but to not watch and make CERTAIN they were doing quality work is simply inexcusable.

All the employees here are great! Always polite and great technicians who always paint my nails perfectly. Prices are reasonable too. Always come here when Im in town.

I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. The guy that did my nails cut my cuticles on 3 fingers making them bleed. When I told him I was bleeding he tapped my hand and said thats nothing dont worry about it. The bleeding on 2 of my fingers wouldnt stop so he put some powder on it and said it would be fine just dont wet my hands and they STILL charged me full price. I will never go back there again.

I have been going to Anns Nails for 14 years that they have been open. Not once in all that time have I had a bad experience. They are professional and they go beyond to fix your nails in the manner that you want them to be done. I cant even imagine that you would have to have the police escort you into their shop. Talk about ridiculous. Ann is the best as are all the women in there. Give them a try, Im sure you will be pleased and you dont need the police either.

Went here on a Saturday morning. Was pleased with cleanliness is salon but unfortunately for me the technician I had was inexperienced in cutting nails and doing pedicure... she looked confused the whole time! Had to practically walk her through what to do! No tip today... wont be going back

This was a horrible experience! They had me soaking in acrylic for 11/2 hr. They took two others ahead of me while I soaked!She charged me $50. I expressed not being happy before I left! I went in today to have hem cleaned up! I called the police to assist! I agreed not to go back to their shop! I agreed to tell my friends no to refer anyone to their shop! I was refunded $50.No worries! I will never go back!There are way too many people experienced In sns powder that will gladly take my money!

I have been getting my nails done here for over 10 years. I went to several other places in Hampton before a co-worker recommended Ann, and I have been a decade long customer ever since.

They consistently take good care of me! Ive been going for years now.

I will drive from Williamsburg, just to get a pedicure from Ann, and she does a great job on my nails too! I wish she offered appointments in lieu of just walk ins. I always call before I go to see how busy they are and then plan my visit.

Everyone here is super nice I love how clean they keep the store. They have a huge Polish variety and Ann gives a great pedicure. I found this place on accident and they are almost $20 cheaper then the normal place i was going to. I look forward to my mani and pedi every 2 weeks!

I always get a Mani/Pedi there with Gel on my finger nails and regular on my toe nails. I went yesterday for the same and picked from the gel colors that they have a match to. Welll my feet were done and the polish looked good. She started my hands, she put the over coat on my toes and I noticed the polishes did not match. I told her and there was another lady getting her feet done and she saw what I saw the colors did not match. Ann the owner came back in and she said to come back today to get the color changed since it was at closing when I finished. I go today and Ann says we dont have color to match so pick out another color but just for my toe nails. There was nothing even close. So I ask about the Gel to put on my toe nails she says it will be 20.00 and you know what? I started to say some things but I did not I was proud of myself. I told her and her new crew I will not come back there. They have lost business and at this rate they will lose more. Just be careful when you do business there. Oh and they wanted me to pay another 3.00 for my design and I told them if the polish had matched it would have been fine. One of the girls who did my last service did say she would do it. No more services for me from there.

Poor quality products. My nails and feet were done on saturday morning. By saturday night the polish had completely washed away.

I was severely overcharged! I was charged $20 for a simple acrylic, regular polish, regular length fill-in. I asked for an explanation and the owner dismissed my question and never explained anything. There are too many nail shops around here to put up with such disrespect. I am never going back!!!! Do not go here!!

They were very polite and did exactly what I wanted this will be the spot I go to for my nail from now own will be going again on my Birthday my gift to myself want to look for myself they are very nice and they listen and comeup with something Great!!!!!!

They do an amazing job here! I come here because the quality of products they use is better than any other place in the area. When I get my nails done i never have to worry about one coming off or breaking and im pretty rough on my nails. The lady who does the designs is also really talented it never fails ppl always ask where i get my toes from because they love the art! And to top it off for the quality of sevice and products you are not even paying top dollar!!

My last experience was horrible I asked them to soak off my acrylic nails but they didn’t they picked them off made my nails bleed and before that I went there got normal polish on them and it peeled off when I got to my car so I went back in and they said I had to do gel to make it stay.

Its okay. Staff were okay. Just came in to get a pedicure and thats about it. Looks understaffed, waited 20 minutes to get a seat.

Ive been going there for the last 5 years, but the last year something has changed, the Service is poor. Cuts on your feet or nail, the last color I had on still on my lower nails. Time to find another place.
