Here visiting, decided to try them out after reading reviews. I did a full set powder and Zoe was AMAZING. Very gentle, professional, and made sure I liked everything before she moved to the next step. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit!!!

This was my first time, I walked in around noon and was seen immediately. Got a pedicure and manicure plus acrylic removal, I loved every bit! Kind staff, great quality work, plus complimentary drinks. Would definitely recommend to those in Hampton, I am very happy to have a nail salon I can go back to!

If you don’t like the work that you PAY FOR, you would then have to repay for them to fix what you don’t like. Definitely do not recommend going to a place who treats their customers like that. I wanted white with glitter, it turned yellow, and they refused to fix it with out me having to pay. Definitely not how you do business, and not how you get customers to come back.

I went on a very busy Sunday and the customers there were rude. The staff handled it well. My nail tech took her time and was cautious around my ankle since I had surgery in March. The quality is superb. Will definitely be returning.

U know what...Like Many nail places that open up they get you in there give you discounts and HIKE UP THE PRICE!Same thing with this location except they are very nice, they take their time, i have not experienced a long wait YET! and they do a good job🤷🏾‍♀️Last week i spent too much $20 dollars extra just for polish i Thought was ridiculous esp. for the basic soo you have to ask questions or they will charge it up!

TRINA!!! Today was actually my first time being serviced here and it was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere and how attentive Trina was while servicing me was top notch. My pedicure was everything. It was so relaxing and I literally had not one complaint.

I had dip on my nails and the tech preceded to use a cuticle cutter and a fake nail to lift the color off my nails. I then asked if they soak them off and she said this way was faster even though I insisted this way hurts. I had only had them on for a week and a half after they were chipping. Will never return here.

Zoe did my nails (dip powder and gel painted design) and they look AMAZING!! I have not been this happy with my nails in ages but they are flawless and I will be returning once this beautiful set grows out!

I had a small issue with one of the new workers but was incredibly impressed when the store owner reached out to correct it and make sure I received the service I expect from this place. Best pedicures I have ever received and very sweet people!! Their service is great!

I love coming here! I had a hard time finding a salon i liked but this place didn’t disappoint. The owners are amazing. Its such a relaxing environment as well. They do liquid gel (which is what i get) and will do different shapes and designs like coffin and such. My go to salon 🖤

The woman who just did my eyelashes was rude. I was concerned because my eyelashes were sticking to the paper and she said dont worry..shed been doing this 16 years. Then came time to take tape off...she started plucking the lash off and reapplying some. Ridiculous. If you are concerned about your real lashes...dont come here. She said I must not get my lashes done a lot. No actually... every week. I just wont be returning to these guys. I had to remind her that she neglected to even wash her hands. And she asked me are you hurt, are you injured? Pretty callous. I hope the owner returns my phone call. August 2 2:30pm.

Nail salon extraordinaire! I was honored to be one of their first customers.

Please note it did take 2 hours to get a fill and replace a broke nail. My appointment was for 930am I left at 1130am. The man with the hat did service me. I was apprehensive after I had read previous reviews. I checked over every step and had to do a lot of correcting to make sure my nails came out correct. There were errors he didn’t catch during the process so I am glad that I was paying attention or I would have been very disappointed.Overall I am satisfied with my nails. If you get the man with the hat just make sure you check everything as he goes to make sure your nails come out right. Oh and I pad $50+ for a fill and a nail fix just (FYI)

Horrible experience. I had to ask and critique each and every nail Bc the shape, length and width was all different. He kept giving me an attitude and making an excuse or saying hell get to it later but never did. At the end after I washed my hands I had gel polish all over my fingers. I asked him to clean them up and he said itll come off when I wash my hands. I asked him again if he could please clean them up and he took his file and started angrily filing my skin . I still ended up leaving with a mess on my hands. He was so rude and short with me and I will never be back

I came here with a friend and Ive been hooked every since. Clean, friendly and they are really good. Zuree the owner is my favorite. Always makes sure you are pleased before you leave. Definitely recommend

Beautiful Nails Spa has a nice selection of pedicure options that will surely make you happy. The staff is great, and the complimentary drinks are a nice touch. I really enjoy getting my pedicures here.

I was overcharged and before process was even started I asked prices of everything she stated gel was 15 then charged another $15. Plus paid for full set and got charged for tips plus another $15 on top of Services already stating on the recipient it was added. Ripped off. $140 for what.

The owner is so sweet, takes her time and absolutely takes PRIDE in her staff and her work. I was looking at my hands this morning, (an entire 2 weeks later) and I felt the need to share this review. Great work, Great salon. Oh and they offer you both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages while your getting pampered! This is definitely my new Nail home! :)

Got pedicure and nails done today.Little bit nervous because first time coming hereBut Is was feel warm and welcome at very first step that you are in the door. Everyone is so nice and sweet. My nails and toes look fabulous. I will be back.

Miss Zwee and her staff are very nice and accommodating. She is always excellent with my pedicures, manicures, lahes and brows.

The staff was great and very professional. I had Wee, he did a great job on my nails. They also serve wine and soda while you enjoy the spa. This is definitely my new nail spot.

Tried this shop for the first time and it will be the last. My nails took forever to get done and they just ended up lumpy and some were crooked. Very disappointed. I just went ahead paid 75 bucks for the service and will never go back. Didnt want to argue

Mr. Wee at Beautiful Nails Spa does some beautiful powder nails. He also gives professional suggestions if asked. I love my nails and will definitely be back to see him 😁❤️

This salon is new So i tried it cuz it’s close to my house and got my nails done ombré medium length. I asked for price before he started but he jokingly said not much & laugh... when I finished i paid $75. I’m not getting my nails there anymore. It took almost 3 hrs. I paid the other shop $55 to $60 not $75!!!

After a short wait I was well taken care of!
