I have been a patient here since 2009/2010. I have no issue with my doctor because I really like him. The issue I have is that in the time I have been here, I cant keep track with the different nurses I have been assigned to because they keep changing. The front desk staff is very rude. I am actually thinking of switching practices.
This is a great place to go. They helped me though a very rough time and I am grateful for them. I can say I have never had any problems with them.
Medically staff is professional. The walk in are excepted. What I heard from other patients is that when prescribing scripts for medication 💊 they takes a long time to write scripts.
They do not care at all. This is the type of company that will say oh we tried to help them when your child has died, even though they did nothing. Oh yes all the kids are suffering but we wont do our jobs. This place is a joke, especially their employee Tiffany. If I could give zero stars I would.
Money is never worth your blood...run from this company not a place where you are valued as a person especially during covid-19. The treatment has gotten worse, no incentive or appreciation. Only write ups and backing supervisor who talking to you like your a low life. They could careless about your children or any family member. I give a rating of zero but they make you pick one.
I’m astonished to read such bad reviews. I have been seeing Dr. Hyman & Richard Wilson (for therapy) for almost 10 years. When I say they changed my life, I mean it.Not to mention the staff is amazing. Tammy Bleekly, the nurse practitioner for Dr. Hyman is awesome as well. The amount of care, compassion and passion they all three have is amazing.I was doing therapy for a while because I was terrified of medication but decided it was time. Dr. Hyman allowed me to be in control as I’m so paranoid about medications. He started me off with the lowest doses possible and allowed me to work my way up to a comfortable and therapeutic dose. Not to mention Richard and the Dr work together to make sure the medication and therapy are working for you. I never got the feeling once that I was just being “medicated & sent on my way”. I honestly couldn’t thank CSB for what they’ve done for me as far as mental health and just genuine human compassion for their patients.
Left two messages with Intake over the phone to make an appt. I finally went in person today to try to make an appointment and was told that there are usually two intake employees and one has been out sick, which was why I didnt get a call back. I asked to make an appointment and they said the intake lady was with another patient. I told the front desk I would wait. Then the front desk told me that they needed to take my name and number because the intake lady was now going to lunch. I told them, Ill wait. Im patient. And quietly sat down again. Then, the intake lady pulled me back, obviously irritated, and told me that they are no longer accepting new patients. They couldnt tell me this at the front desk? They need a new intake person or an office manager, because that was just ridiculous. Great way to treat a Navy wife dealing with depression and anxiety.
Contacted the crisis line because my mom is a patient of theirs and she went to the hospital. They wont help out or even talk to anybody because mom didnt go to them first. If shes in crisis, shes supposed to go to the hospital first anyways. What the heck kind of practice are you running if you wont even help out a patient that you screwed over anyways by reducing her medication? Take some responsibility or shut down. I WILL NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever again. You have done nothing but stick my mom back in a compromising position without proper medication and you have no business helping anyone. Thanks for screwing people and their families over.
Was positive experience at first, but turned sour after an employee did not return my phone calls (3 messages over the course of 2 weeks; I dont care how busy you are - thats ridiculous), I was called back by the supervisor, and was connected to the employee who was obviously irritated. They made sure to let me know, several times, that I was interrupting someone elses appointment. The employee refused to let me speak, and repeatedly spoke over me because they didnt like what I had to say. I did raise my voice so I could be heard, and that is NOT common for me. I was then abruptly handed off to another employee (while I could hear myself being talked about in the background) who also did not want to hear me say anything other than yes or no basically. When its your job to assist people in need (especially those of us who have to care for a severely mentally and physically disabled adult), you do not start fights over the phone. We are under enough stress as it is. We do not need the people who are supposed to be the stepping stones to getting help causing even more issues, uncontrollable tears, and adding to our frustrations. Everything would have been fine if a simple Im sorry was given instead of excuse after excuse and then telling me it was all my fault! Ive been trying to get an appointment since August. I had to reschedule my first appointment due to obtaining a new job, okay I get I need to set up another. I did - then THEY cancelled my second and said they would CALL ME BACK to schedule another one. They didnt call me back, and wouldnt return my calls when I tried to contact them. I get that you are busy, and have tons of people to take care of. Not returning 3 calls/messages over 2 weeks is HORRIBLE!! It takes less than 2 minutes to call someone back and set an appointment. Extremely disappointed. Hopefully this is not how the whole place is run. If it is, Im VERY scared for the disabled and those who care for them in our community.

They disrespects you, deceived you, and misleads you .They ignores your complains- interests and concerns .They works against you .There is lack of TRUST- FAITH - AND CONFIDENCE IN THE WHOLE SYSTEM, CSB, DOCTORS AND CASE WORKERS.All they knows to do is GIVES- PRECRIBES MEDS that are ADVERSE EFFECTIVES- LONG TERM INEEFICIENT AND INEFFECTIVE, NEGATIVES -SIDES EFFECTIVES, THAT`S COUNTER- EFFECTIVE, LIFE DAMAGING AND USELESS., NON -PRODUCTIVE.They always contradict themselves and the LOVE ONES of the Patient.They never asks your ADVICES AND OPINIONS, about your LOVE ONES -FAMILY MEMBERS.They never asks your SUSGESTIONS, REQUESTS for your LOVES ONES AND FAMILY MEMBERS, BEST TREATMENTS .Doctors and Case Workers, does that all the times..Your ideas- opinions and suggestions- REQUESTS DO NOT MATTERS, to them .. They knows it all .They hides- withheld many things, information and alternatives for your LOVES ONES.They ignores and denied your SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS.They always asks and behaves, like they always knows MORE THAN YOU, ABOUT your loves ones and family members .They insults and disrespects you with their ALL KNOWS ATTITUDES.They shoot you down, to the ground .They do not expose, reveal all the other alternatives- suggestions- recommendations, places- facilities, Resources, that your LOVE ONES- FAMILY MEMBERS, are able- qualify to enter- seeks other- alternate Treatments . They are one sided - minded .
This was a great place for me to bring my son. Key word WAS. When his provider left and we had to take what ever provider they gave me, it still WAS great. I went to the pharmacy to get his medication and they have sent in the wrong prescription. He was taking this one medication for years now. They claim it was a insurance issue, nope it wasn’t his insurance still covers the medication he was suppose to have sent in. I told the nurse when I called that he takes the generic medication. Now my son is left with no medicine for school tomorrow, the oncall provider is suppose to be checking and calling me. No response from him yet. The ladies who answer the phone can’t do anything but keep sending you to voicemails. Why are they even there? Now I have to miss a days work because they sent in wrong medicine that was a medication he never takes at all. I don’t like not being able to contact the provider. I work for a doctors office and we have oncall and our providers call the patients and give them some kind of update. I can’t even get a call back. One lady I spoke with said she didn’t know who was going to call me back, because she was going home. I guess she don’t care because it’s not her child or her job at risk for tomorrow. Great! Just great with making your patients feel like someone cares. No additional help what so ever. They really need to update on how the oncall works.
Hey let me tell you how dr kelerner is a racist towards me she told a nurse she was trying to set me up and getting a reaction and mentioning my wife’s name and cops so hey she promised to fix my meds and lied and she mentioned that she talked about her ex husband and she degraded him and she disrespected me and now csb is going to crumble I am going to file charges against dr kelener

I was so excited to be apart of this organization until, id relized the low key physical abuse, on all of the non verbal residents in the Brogden house was normal practice, NOT willing to turn a blind eye on this unexceptable, against the law behavior, i reported several incidents and was terminated while on vacation,if i had kept a closed mouth, I would have been just as WRONG, but this IS a common wealth, right to work state SMH, money isnt everything,karma is.....
No therapist or counselors available so all you get is meds. Also Dr.Smith as well as other doctors are now given a list of meds to no longer prescribe. If you hv ADHD/ADD/ or anxiety you will not be prescribed meds used for treatment. Will not assist a patient with Patient Assistance programs. This allows people easy access to all meds, instead of the recommended cheap versions. Each doctor is overloaded with patients its a drug line Its like being on a conveyor belt and each person gets a few pills over and over. They need to help with the root of the problem possible solutions instead of medication. Everyday the doctors should stay overtime or prior to appointments review the pts chart. No lab work is done to monitor the effects of the medication. Some meds increase prolactin levels, blood sugar, etc. They are failing the pts in mental health and many of you dont even know it. There is more to mental health than medication not everyone needs the same meds. If you hv too many patients you cant treat them properly. Its 15 min med management visits. All the doctors do is look at meds prescribed and refill it. Remember they work for you so dont be afraid to speak up, ask questions, dont let them rush you. You hv rights and these doctors hv taken oaths of First do not harm, yet they forget. You are more than your medical record number. I wish everyone the best I know its not easy but the more you know and the more we speak up things can change.
You can call and tell you are going to be a few minutes .get there and you find out you have to rescheldule your appointment .be on time wait 20 minutes for your appointmentment thats different
