My first and last time doing henna tinting with them or anyone else. My tech was Fatima. First of all I arrived for my appointment a tad early and was excited to try this, She looked me up and down and said I am on my break. So I left and came back at exactly my appointment time. We briefly talked about what I wanted and I even showed her pictures (of me with my brows done just the way I wanted them). She assured me she could do it. I got the exact opposite and she was not very apologetic. I didnt put up a fuss and paid the full amount. Then lastly when she saw I was not pleased she blamed me and said well I didnt have enough eyebrows. Well if you thought that to start with, then why waste my time and money?!?! On top of all of that there were spots where the henna didnt take and she didnt even clean up the edges and when I asked her about doing that she tried to charge me extra by offering me threading!!! No maam. After spending the $50.00 I was charged, I spent another $35.00 to buy the products to remove it.

Yesterday I went to the Hampton store and this by far was not a good experience. This place is one of those places you go to when you are desperate, the lady who threaded my eyebrows did a ok job, not the best and not the worst. They look like before but with a slight clean up. When it came time to pay, the lady kept swiping my card and said it doesnt work and asked if I had another card, and I told her I did not. The younger lady got up and attempted she says your card is cracked, its not working, I can see the terminal from where I am standing and I said enter it manually when I say this she huffs and puffs because shes got to enter it manually, I asked her if there was an issue and she was real short and said no with an attitude. I can see if the shop was real busy and it being too time consuming but no one else was there but, me I will never be returning here, the people here are rude. If you go to this area attempt to go to Savarnas, which is right across the street I went to her to finish cleaning up my eyebrows and she got them just how I like and was just the sweetest woman ever.

I had urmila for my eyebrows today. I called an hour ahead of time and was able to get an appointment. She listened to the very specific way I wanted my brows and made adjustments to get them how I would like. She also showed some some of the skin care products and shared her recommendations for facials and home care. My eyebrows are almost perfect and I hope with time she can learn exactly how I like them to be shaped and become my new brow person!

Fatima is the best person to do henna eyebrows. When she finished I was like “ oh my goodness” or should I say “oh my goddess”. They are full, pretty and natural looking. It is definitely worth it. The added bonus is her personality and spirit. Very nice, easy to talk to and funny. I will be back. This is the beginning of an awesome relationship.

I have been coming here for over a year for eyebrow threading, henna tinting, lash lift, make up and most recently a facial. I love the henna tinting and the lash lift. I highly recommend them. The customer service has always been professional and positive. It is always very clean inside and I never had an issue with the artists. They are very flexible with appointments and their products are natural. I have sensitive skin so it really works well for me.

I went in to get the celeb doll lashes done and for $160 I was expecting them to be absolutely flawless just like in the pictures they have. This was not the case. My right side came out alright and I honestly don’t know what happened to the left, so I wanted them taken off IMMEDIATELY. They were so thick and unnatural looking and the quality of the lashes themselves were hard, synthetic, and overly shiny and one of the clusters were poking the corner of my left eye. The owner told me the lashes would take time to “settle in” and fall off for a more natural look and that they sit right above your natural lashes so they don’t pull them out when they come off. Well, they ripped off my natural lashes and now my lids are swollen and sore. While attempting to take them off Fatima was rough and came off annoyed that I was pulling away because it hurt. I wanted a refund but they were only able to give me 50% and the owner gave me one of their fiber mascara, which is apparently suppose to help grow your lashes. Quality, again, was not up to par. I just wanted my money back.Really disappointed because I had an event coming up but I’ve had better results with drug store strip lashes for $10-$15. Get these lashes done at your own risk.

I have been coming here since I moved to Virginia. Tripty and Fatima always do an amazing job on my threading and waxing. I don’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend!

Saw lots of positive reviews regarding the service here, gave it a try and was highly disappointed. not only do my eyebrows look worse than before, but the lady left wax all on my face. my eyebrows arent even at all as well as stray hairs (pictures below)

Honestly, this is the best place to get your brows done. I used to get my brows done somewhere else, but ever since I’ve gotten them done here I’ve never gone back. The ladies are so nice and welcoming I feel so comfortable and confident that I will walk out with perfect brows every time.

The girl who did my brows a few weeks ago threaded them well enough but I value customer service even more. When I came in, she must have thought I wouldnt notice or care enough that she didnt even greet me. No hello, good morning, or how are you? That doesnt sit well with me; if you want my business, then extend the proper courtesy. I might have been polite about it but Im probably not going back and will easily be able to find another eyebrow wax esthetician in the same building.

I showed her a picture of my brwz how they were threaded before, im new to area and Im searching for place. I found this business and Im soo dissatisfied She messed up my shape and couldnt deliver she definitely needs more experience.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I just want to share my experience. I went in for a regular tint and they convinced me to do the henna brows, I felt that they were just drawn on very bulky rather then them filling my own eyebrow shape to frame and match my face and when I asked for them to be reshaped I was told they couldn’t be fixed or altered :( however staff was very nice and pleasant; I paid and tipped but found myself googling ways to take them off as soon as I left. May return for a different service.

Found this place online. Walked in for service and the greeting was very welcoming. Didnt take long to get me back to looking like myself. Eyebrow Threading was wonderful. I’ll definitely be back!

Unfortunately I may not be going back. I went last night to get my eyebrows threaded, very great customer service. But the service itself was horrible. The first time I went the lady did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. No bruising or bleeding around my eyebrows. Well last night, the lady who was working pulled skin from both of my eyebrows. The area my eyebrows burns so bad! And this the next day!! I am so upset and VERY frustrated. She knew she pulled skin because she started pressing her finger on it. And didn’t tell me anything. I am NOT happy and I will be asking for a refund today!! I can’t even do my makeup for Valentines Day which TODAY! Which is why I got my eyebrows done last night.

This is by far the must go to if you’re considering getting your eyebrows threaded. I’m extremely picky about my eyebrows and this place never lets me down. Highly recommend this place.

The first person who did my eyebrows here did i good job unfortunately idk her name. The second time was a different person and she did an absolute terrible job. Eyebrows look completely different from each other, one of them has no shape and its sloppy. I am now going somewhere else to see if they can fix this mess. Will not be back.She took the end of my eyebrow off and tried to tell me it was already short haha no maam i look at my face everyday and have recent pictures try again.

Tripty is AWESOME! I have not had my brows done in years because people always mess them up. But i gave Tripty a chance and she was FLAWLESS! Not only was her threading less painful than i have ever experienced before but her henna tint was the perfect match.! Since it was my first time getting the henna i messed it up the second day and i went back to her and she fixed them for me, free of charge. She always wants her customer to be satisfied and i love that about her and her business! If you need confirmation on if you should give her a try then this is it !!! Book your appointment today!Also, please try her hair serum if you have a sore scalp and her face wash, and facial toner. They are all pure made! I love it all!

Call before I came in to let them know I want to do henna Got their sat down had to wait when it was my turn I showed her what I want it and she cannot do it for me will not be returning

I just made an appointment for 5:55pm to get my eyebrows threaded and the system sent me a confirmation. 45 minutes later i receive a text saying that she cancelled my appointment. I called her and asked her about my appointment and she said maybe I can come on Tuesday I said no because I made the appointment for today not Tuesday. She said maybe the system cancelled it... there is no way the system could have cancelled it YOU had to cancel it. If you did not want anyone to book then you should have closed your booking site for Sunday to book. This was extremely bad customer service and I will not be coming back to a service. Before this, I have been there several times without any issues. But this was awful customer service and I will not be returning or recommending anyone else.

Today was my first time visiting, I will definitely be going back! I already booked my next appointment. I’m very picky about my eyebrows and she did an excellent job. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, great customer service! My new go to place for all my beauty needs.

I have had waxing done here and it has always been a great experience. I recently had eyelash extensions done before my wedding. The BEST ever! I had them done a few days before Thanksgiving and I still have most of them! (1/18). They looked fantastic and lasted WAY longer than I thought. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks!!!!

This is actually a long overdue review. I found her place randomly on Groupon when trying to get my first time Brazilian done back in October 2019. She was really polite and made the whole experience comfortable. She has weekly specials which is great. To my surprise during my first visit, I also found out that she does eyebrow threading which is kinda rare in this area! I was struggling to find a good person to do threading ever since I moved from California to here back in 2017. I refuse to let anyone else do my brows because Tripty is AWESOME!!! Just recently bought her eyebrow serum & anti blemish moisturizer and I’m excited to see results. Will continue to return to her until I move again & recommending her to all my friends! :)

I needed to find a new eyebrow technician in Hampton. While getting my eyebrows threaded it was a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and actually talks to you during the process. She told me about the facials she even offers and I have scheduled an appointment for my first facial next week. She was very sweet and the work space was clean and welcoming. I cant wait to return.

I came from out of town to attend a gala with my husband and Fatima was AWESOME!!!! I completely forgot to get my brows threaded before coming down, I called Fatima and she took me right away! And did I say she did a wonderful job on my brows!! Thank you Fatima!!!

I would love to know where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. My daughters eyebrows look like a five year old did them. The lady had her open her eyes with eyelash tint on and then didnt even bother to show her where the sink was when, surprise, it got in her eye. All while giggling! On top of all that, my daughter booked a regular eyelash and eyebrow tint appt. The lady changed it to henna without consulting her and then insisted that she pay the difference of almost $50. This place should be shut down ASAP!!!

I was referred here by a random lady and I must say, she recommended the right place. No one knows how to do my eyebrows since I have no natural arch and a scar on my left brow. Tripty did them exactly how I wanted and explained to me why my hairs are growing crazy and even suggested a serum to promote hair growth that actually works.
