My experience at Demand Great has been transforming and filled with results. This is the first gym that Ive been affiliated with that focuses on total body - physical, mental and emotional well being. I have learn so much regarding nutrition to include how and what to eat as well as the proper way to lift weighs. This gym truly challenges you to envision yourself in ways you never imagined possible and encourages you to be your best self!
Man oh Man! Im so psyched writing this! In just one week, I feel the difference in my body. I feel stronger physically and stable mentally. These workouts are like meditation and Im extremely happy with Kimber and my teammates who give me the push to go harder. This gym and program are definitely worth it!! I do recommend!!
I’ve been working out at Demand Great Health and Fitness for a month and I’ve started looking at my overall health not just my physical health and I love it! My diet has changed and even when I eat junk food, my portions are smaller without even thinking about it. I’m no longer craving sweets daily, I don’t have the desire to eat all day long.

I have never been this happy to workout!The environment, whether you’re there to lift, shred, or just weigh in for the week, is always welcoming, positive, and motivational. There’s nothing but consistent upbeat vibes. It all combines to help you press toward the mark.I participate in group workouts (shred sessions😎) either in person or from my home virtually. I love having options and you sweat just the same! I burn 500+ calories every session. I’ve also shaved 2 minutes off my mile run, increased my stamina, built up my endurance, and fixed my running form. That was a huge goal reached for me.The best part about Demand Great Health & Fitness is you can start at any fitness level; all you have to do is start. And don’t worry, Kimber’s got you!
Kimber is absolutely AMAZING! I have been to so many other gyms in the area, but this one is top notch. Kimber really does care about helping you reach your goals. I started in May and after two months I saw a HUGE difference. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! It is the Bomb Dot COM!! Kimber keeps the exercises different every time you come and you can burn up to 500 calories in 30 minutes. I love it!!! TP

I have been attending DGHF for a little over a year and I must say it’s one of the best decisions I could’ve made. I love Demand Great! I really dont like working out but Demand Great makes the workout fun for me! Kimber is an awesome trainer! Her knowledge on the body, getting into shape, and working on problem areas is impeccable. She is attentive, she make sure you are doing the exercises properly and she pushes you to go above and beyond. I started training with Kimber 4 weeks ago. I’m the person that wants to work out but is embarrassed and afraid to go to large gyms.
