Extremely understaffed for the volume of customers. On multiple occasions, after waiting in line, was advised by staff the notary was not working. There is no method online to make an appointment with a notary, so its a misleading service provided by UPS which has become a guessing game of when someone will be in-store.

Needed to send a package up to Maryland overnight. Great service and info. They took care of everything. Nice staff. Wish I had more things to ship instead of receiving packages...ahh, no. Ha!

I mail returns for Amazon extremely often and have been doing so for years. Gina and the entire staff at the Todd’s Lane UPS have always been very kind, helpful, and efficient. This location is my go-to spot for my shipping needs. :)

The line was six feet apart and stretched out the door into foyer, i had to get in and out of line 3 times what a place. after meandering over how to ship and pack sound equipment i arrived at the brilliant conclusion that Gina (manager) was right all along on how to ship and pack it and the costs.. the equipment arrived expediate and intact and not damaged. thank you Gina and UPS Store

Charge to print labels and cost more than other UPS or USPS stores.

Absolutely love the service I had. The representatives were very friendly and all of them delivered a friendly and professional experience. I was shipping a friend gift over seas and they were very knowledgeable. Plus the post process of delivery service was nice. I had messed up one of the phone number for the receiver. I gave them a call and were very effective in correcting my initial mistake. Thank you for your awesome customer service I would highly recommend it to anyone. Only down side was a bit pricy to ship international wise but other then that everything was great.

Very horrible customer service today from “Kimberly”! She truly presented the attitude of someone who absolutely hates her job. She was not welcoming nor did she encourage assistance. I mailed out one pre-paid item and was basically given the cold shoulder for asking for additional help with another package and a scan. Her horrible attitude made me wish I had not come to this store and I left without finishing 2 of my 3 transactions. I will not be back!

Guy at front desk so rude act as though he did not want to be there! His manager was there in front at the time he was acting unprofessional and had no reaction acted as though it was exceptable.Called Corporate to complain and nothing went back two days later and same guy same service this place is terribly unprofessional all the way around from the bottom to the top.

Very friendly and responsive service, but the rates for non-shipping work can be very high, $12 to scan and email a 9 page document is a bit much in my opinion. Good place for notarization and standard UPS tasks, very clean and modern facility with polite staff.

Staff makes you feel like youre a inconvenience and they dont want to help you. The man at the front desk huffed and puffed the entire time he was putting my information into the computer.Never going to this location again .
