I have worked retail and as a Realtor so customer service is important to me and I can say that Mr. Lipkins customer service was exceptional as well as the carpet cleaning. He has cleaned my carpet on several occasions. I have recommended him to others and they were also pleased with the his work. He is always prompt, but when he was running a a little behind he called to inform me prior. I appreciate quality service and professionalism. I am glad to have found someone that I can depend on to keep my carpet looking good. .

We had a couch and rug cleaned. Both were done beyond my expectations at a fraction if what bigger companies charge.Yes, its more expensive then the janky machines you can rent....but the prices are amazing and youre supporting a small business clearly ran by a hard working person. I highly recommend!

I called to get my carpet clean and the gentleman said he would call me back and never did. To me that tells me that communication sucks so the work cant be that good

Will not recommend, disappointed in the lack of communication and service. The first appointment was rescheduled by the company, not myself. The date/time was confirmed and the team was late. I had to communicate as to whether or not my appointment would be honored, unfortunately time ran over so I cancelled. I was told I would receive service the very next day (today) due to the time constraint. Again, no communication as to whether or not this appointment is being honored, so I am to assume not so much. Extremely disappointed!
