You definitely get your bang out of your buck. This year, I even purchased one of there whole house cleaning services packages. It gives you peace of mind that if you need them in a hurry for one of the jobs listed above, they are ready to take action. There teams are ALWAYS courtesy and professional and very knowledgeable about there company and services. A Big fat YES, for Stanley steamer for me!

Im highly disappointed with my service. They were first supposed to come out on Friday between 8-1pm. I waited all morning until 12:30 for them to have to reschedule because they didnt bring the portable. They then rescheduled for Monday between 12-5. They got here at 3pm, to do THE SAME THING. the job was listed as being a portable job, yet they didnt have a portable machine. The job was then rescheduled for Tuesday morning. When they arrived, they didnt even use a portable machine! I was then charged $150 for two rooms which arent bigger than 10X10 each, even though i was quoted at about $100. Highly disappointed. The only good thing were the members were professional.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Nate and Bop and the wonderful job they did on my floors. They had the house smelling fresh and free of dog smells. I would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with the carpet cleaning and would rate it 5 stars. The guy was on time, polite, worked quickly, moved some furniture I couldnt move by myself. I would recommend Stanley Steamer for carpet cleaning.We also had our vents and ducts cleaned. The guy who came out to give us a quote was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. But he said we would receive before and after pictures of our vents/ducts. We didnt get any pictures, when asked to see what came out we were told it was a closed system and unable to view it. After they left we had to clean as debris has come out of our vents (I was under the impression all air would blow into their closed system) and after they left I can still see dust/hair in the vents. For the vents cleaning I would give it 1 star and definitely not recommend them.

I plan on never using this company again ever. Wish that I had read all of the reviews of the problems other customers have had before using them. Please beware if you use them for tile cleaning. I wish that I had went with another company. Perhaps it would have saved me time and money and my tile grout would be looking better and not the same.

Sorry to be so graphic, but house looked like a murder scene this morning. My dog had bled everywhere. I booked an appointment online, and they were here within 2 hours. The techs were extremely professional and did a great job. No blood can be seen anywhere. I will for sure be using Stanley again!

I booked an appointment days in advance. There’s a 5 hour window 8-1. Their air duct technician was in the same window and gave me advance notice of his arrival. After giving me a quote and good information he reached out to get an ETA on the carpet cleaners. Although he tried several options he had no luck, but assured me they would arrive before 1. An hour later, I called again and the service representative could not connect with anyone that could provide her an answer, but she assured me they’d arrive before 1. I called 1/2 later as it approached 1 and explained to the service representative (Susan). This call either hung up or disconnected. There was no call back. At about, I received a text stating technicians were on their way. By 1:15 nobody had arrived. Finally, they arrived at 1:20 and spent another 5 minutes in the driveway before ringing the bell. It seems the technicians had no idea they were late. Despite the tardiness, they were still ready to charge extra for a small area rug. Only because of the air duct technician do they receive 2 stars. It was not a good experience.

First I was quoted a time of between 8am & 1pm. I recieved a call about 7:30am saying they were on their way. They arrived about 7:55am. The two gentlemen came in, verified the order and did a beautiful job of cleaning my furniture. It looks great, like new. Very disappointed in service. Tech told us he couldn’t get our tile in a portion of kitchen to look like tile in other parts of kitchen so no need to try. That was ok and thanked him for his honesty. However after a few days my carpet which he did clean doesn’t look any better than before, spots all coming back. Would have appreciated them telling me they couldn’t get carpet cleaned before taking my money. Should have gone with local person but had used Stanley in the past and they did a good job then.

Technician was on time, professional and helpful. However, the company’s website is misleading. They do not move furniture which is contrary to the preparation directions. The technician did what he could to move furniture, but he was only a one man show so I had to assist in moving furniture.

I asked if I could have someone come out before I had to be at work and Dylan showed up at 9am & was done by 9:30am which gave me plenty time get something to eat and get to work on time.Dylan came in & got it done professionally & fast, Thank you Dylan!

Mr. Willie Gray, is a true professional, he explained everything he was going to do and how. he took the time to explain a program along with a written flyer. he did an outstanding job on cleaning my rugs and made them look almost new.Mr. Gray in my view is a definite asset to the Stanley Steemer Companysince I did sign up for their 1 year program I will ask for Mr. Gray for my future cleanings.

Stanley Steemer has called me every day since my carpet cleaning service and told me that I did not pay for the cleaning service. However the charge clearly shows up on my credit card statement. I am tired of having a different employee calling me every business day and asking me the same questions. Every time I say the same thing, it is on my credit card statement so I definitely paid you. How about you focus on your internal communication instead of calling me.

This is my second time using this company. He came and was very professional, offered to move some of my stuff for me, and was so polite. He was in and out, n my carpets look brand new again! Idk what he used, but the high traffic areas dont look like anyone has ever walked on my carpet! All the little stains are gone, and it smells so fresh!! Very punctual and courteous. Reviewed with me what they were doing in terms of their procedures. I had two rooms done the master bedroom and my spare studio room upstairs. They were efficient and were careful as to not to disturb any of the furniture in thoses rooms. Very solid appointment with them i would use them again. No company the first time out gets a 5* from me. There is always room for improvement.

I had 4 rooms, a hallway, and a set of stairs cleaned. Technicians were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was told there were stains that could not be removed, but, I got them up with my hand held spot cleaner. My carpet still feels dirty. Very disappointed

Clifton was the Stanley Steemer technician who steam cleaned an area rug and my tiled kitchen floor. Both look great. The tile grout looks terrific and this will be a deep cleaning I plan on getting a few times per year. Very professional and personable staff . I will use this location (Hampton,VA) again.

Was super surprised the service was not what was expected. Paid to have 3 rooms done only 1 was to satisfaction. I was refunded 1/16 of what I paid. They did offer to come back just under the circumstances with a dialysis machine in our home and not wanting strange germs being introduced thats just not an option I cant say the manager has a good talk game is very polite

Had my mothers carpet cleaned last week and the technician named Jacob was excellent and very professional. Not only was he very knowledgeable about carpet and the products he was using but he also made us feel very comfortable and politly walked my mother and I step by step of what he was going to do. He even gave us a demonstration on cleaning our couch( which we will be having cleaned soon)All the stains came up too! I will be recommending Stanley Steemer and Jacob to all my friends and family. He did an excellent job. We will use them again. We rescue senior pups and some have medical issues. After he was done you would have never known any stains were there.

Contacted Stanley Steemer at the very last minute as I was heading to my rental property an hour away. They arrived 5 minutes after I did with face masks on and ready to work. They cleaned two large areas, one with pets stains. I added the deodorizer package and they left my property looking spic and span and smelling fresh. I’ve used them before and will definitely use them in the future.
