Never had a bad haircut

I just moved to RVA a week ago and I was looking for a barber and let me tell you... this place did not disappoint at all! Staff is professional and they make you feel at home. My barber was Sergio and he did an amazing job! Best haircut and haircut experience I had ever!

Got referred to the shop from a female that has a low cut. Called and asked if he was taking appointments and Mr. Taylor told me I could walk in as long as I had a mask. It was full when I got there but I didnt wait too long and I enjoyed the national geographic show on the tv and good conversation. My haircut was quick and done well. I have no complaints and Ill be back.

Comfortable place, barber Mr. Taylor is a great guy and barber. He sells snacks and beverages also offers coffee. Plays gospel music and you can also watch tv. Good atmosphere, swing by for a fresh cut.

I met Mr. Taylor some years ago at the recommendation of an employee at the Embassy Suites while attending the Hampton Ministers Conference.He welcomed me and treated me like we had been knowing each for years. Not to mention that his service and haircut /beard shaping was impeccable! I have a standing appointment on Thursday during the week of the conference. Great wholesome shop

One of the few barbers I’ve found that will do a hard part with a straight razor. Very professional guy that pays close attention to details and makes sure you’re happy before you leave. Don’t think that because it’s a “black barber shop” that he can’t cut other types of hair. Will definitely be back.

Mr. Taylor has been cutting 2 of my sons heads and also my brother who have some mental challenges for years. Mr. Taylor makes him feel welcomed and always greets his customers. The atmosphere is awesome wouldnt take my brother anywhere else.Oh and by the way hes a great barber!

Excellent service

Im being fair on my rating. I did ask for an inch left on the top and before I knew it I had an electric razor running over the top of my head. Long story short there was maybe half an inch left on top. My head was buzzed. It makes for a funny story, but it was frustrating as well.
