Worse agent everWorse Customer service everThis office over charged me my monthly premium because they kept saying my wife has 5 speeding tickets.. my wife called DMV and her records are completely clean. This agent ran her Driver licence again and they told me aint speeding tickets.. not refund for me.. this is ridiculous

The are the absolute worse and they are so rude aNd never answer calls also never return calls .. Then when something happens they to yout vehicle they are so quick to say Well you were not covered but youve been calling for days leaving messages and no one calls you back etc but you called them several times no answers they need a new crew period
