Allstate agent Jennifer Hewing lied to me about many things when I spoke with her about establishing four (4) policies with the company. Also, her office staff were unprofessional when I tried contacting her office to resolve her discrepancies.I had a HORRIBLE experience with this agent and would NEVER recommend her or her local Allstate agency!

The worst insurance company Ive ever had.the leadership doesnt have any follow thru they failed communicate on my claim.overdrafted my account I had to get corporate involved.lasped my policy and failed to cover my no fault incident.Run in the other direction.Horrible exp.Sorry not sorry

BEWARE!!! I was treated very poorly by Manny at this agency...a accidental double payment was made, after 6 days no resolution, he has the nerve to say “what would you like me to do “ “ we don’t process refunds here in office@ he contiously transferred me according to him to customer service which came back to him 6 times and he again did nothing to make sure I was transfer to the correct place

I love my Allstate insurance agent.Her staff is very knowledgeable.And you van get some awesome discounts if youre a good driver.I have 3 vehicles on my policy and only pay 1300$

Great customer service. They are always there. I can call, text, or email and get assistance. I never had that with Geico. Jennifer and her team are excellent my whole family has joined Allstate because of them!

I worked for her for about 3 weeks and left she forces agents to not cancel policies at policy holders request and is the only one allowed to cancel policies. I had two upset customers call in that time frame upset because a month later they were still being billed for a policy they wanted cancelled. She doesn’t this to keep money on her books because her second office isn’t meeting ALLSTATE’S standards. She even cut me short on my first check. My offer letter did not match my check stub. She thought I wouldn’t notice it was 100.00 off.

I wish I could give less than 1 star.I know this is a lot to read but trust me its worth reading!!!! I wish that I never switched from State Farm to Allstate insurance.. I hope no one else has to go through what I did..And yes Jennifer Hewing is theoffice location in which I have my car and renters insurance through.The first situation ... I was in an accident I was rear-ended, the man admitted guilt and he had Geico Insurance, I informed Allstate of the accident and thats when the hell began.... They treated me like I was the one who caused the accident instead of the person being in the accident, one of the worst situations was that my OnStar in my car stopped working after the accident I told them this, but they treat me like I was lying and that I was trying to get something repaired for free, well my husband is over 6 feet tall, and he was sitting in the passenger side.. his left knee jammed into the dash when we were hit from behind, Allstate told me that there was no way that he could have damaged the OnStar and they refuse to cover it stating that I had to prove it to them that the accident caused the damage!!; now remember this is my insurance company not Geico.(the insurance company of the person who actually rear-ended me as I mentioned before he admitted guilt so they were meaning Allstate was going to be reimbursed for whatever was spent on this accident)After they looked at the wiring they saw that it was actually crimped where my husband knee had impacted the dashboard, Allstate still didnt want to cover it, it wasnt until I told them that I would take them to court because I knew how the damage was done,After talking to the auto repair manager they indeed told them that if we were to go to court that we would win, so then Allstate finally repaired it.The second and most recent situation is this, I have renters insurance, hurricane Michael came through and we lost power from Thursday night until late Saturday evening, I called Allstate and let them know Friday morning, they told me they will look into it, and see how they can help me, I was concerned about food loss, I have two refrigerators and one deep freezer, the first person told me oh youre not covered.. and I replied how is that possible? they said because of the wording.. it doesnt outright say that I had food loss coverage ..... I was upset so.. so another agent put me in contact with a claims adjuster manager who called me and told me this..Because of the wording youre not covered because its not specific regarding food spoilage ... but you are covered in case of a storm, hurricane, tornado, or typhoon, but because the food spoilage is from a power outage your food loss will not be covered... I was like wait a minute!! the hurricane is covered? He said yes..... But the food spoilage isnt because of the power outage? He said yes.... I responded by saying, but the power outage was directly caused by the hurricane Michael.... He said okay, but the power outage is a separate event.... I said no the power outage was a direct result because of hurricane Michael and the strong winds Dominion Power actually said that the debris from the hurricane was on the lines and caused the power outage.... He then said Im sorry youre not covered... I responded with no Im sorry I just chose the wrong Insurance Company!!Someone please explain to me how they are not one in the same!I am beyond pissed! My word of advice is.. even though I did take the time to thoroughly go over my policy, I guess I was not thorough enough !!! please ask about every possible condition, try to think of every possible situation or scenario, because when you really need your insurance company to take care of you and your families issues or situations, they may find a way to get out of it through what they call verbage.. but trust me they will continue to take your money!!

Terrible service. Since Kris left, this place has went downhill. If youre going to get Allstate, please go to another location. This is ghettoville. Bad customer service, they just want your money. Im reporting them to the BBB, wavy TV 10, news channel 3, etc.
