I am no longer with at&t but because of convenience, sometimes i will go to a non service provider to purchase accessories. I stopped going to this location because for some reason 95 percent of the time there is one employee helping someone and after waiting several minutes another employee comes out from the back. Sometimes they help, sometimes they dont. If they do decide to help, there is a 25 percent chance theyll have what i want and if not they will order. So after deciding to buy my wife a galaxy watch 3 as a mothers day gift and since she is a customer, Id give them a shot. Nothing changed, so instead of another possible unnecessary wait i decided when that one employee wasnt talking with there customer to say excuse me and ask politely do you have the galaxy watch 3 available? She replied she doesnt think so but will check when she is done with her customer but before she was done and after thinking to myself, guess theres no one in the back this time. Well what do you know to my surprise, someone walked out from the back. She was polite and did offer to not only order but have delivered to me. Bunch of apple watches but not one galaxy watch. To whoevers in charge of inventory, can you order oh lets say 3 galaxy watches, each of different colors and when you get down to the last one. Place order for another three, i appreciate the fact you can order for me and even have come to my home but obviously i dont want to wait. If i didnt mind waiting, i could have it come to my house on my own. Dont need you for that. Oh and by the way, found watch somewhere else so keep up the great job with the inventory decisions.

I would go back to that store and, I got good service, the sale didn’t wait to help out. And the service was good. She also helped me and another customer out at the same time, and that was great. You don’t find to many people that can multitask like she. She took care of two instead of one.

Employees have great Customer Service Skills and very informative. However, it seems that they only accept Credit Card payment and no cash, much less coins. Now I know why there is a coin shortage. It explains it all now.

First & foremost, this is my 1st time writing a negative review but Ive never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of empathy from a so called manager who is the one who made the mistake but literally ignored me when I returned to have the issue resolved. Ive worked customer service in many call centers and also face to face and I always try to be the perfect customer because I know from experience how it is. So heres the story. On Mar 14 I go in to reactivate my sons prepaid phone plan. Daniel was the only one working that day. He seemed nice, we even had small talk while he let me charge my sons phone there while he signed me up for the $65 unlimited data plan. This plan was $65/mo but if you enrolled in auto pay it would only be $45/mo. Of course I wanted to enroll for the $20 monthly discount. As we ended my transaction, I was all under the impression that the $45 would automatically deduct from my account for the following months. I left happy with the service. But come April 14, no payment came out of my account. I didnt realize until 3 days later when my sons servicewas off! I was a little disappointed especially with everything going on these days, trying not to go out unnecessarily but my son needs his phone to do his remote learning since schools have recently closed. So I go up there April 18. As I was walking up to the door, a guy literally met me at the door asking me what I was there for (in the doorway of the establishment). I briefly let him know my sons plan never auto renewed this month. Before even allowing me to proceed into the store, he tried telling me to go to their prepaid website to renew it. I told him I rather do it with an at&t rep so they can rectify the situation and possibly renew the plan for only $45 as it should have been (going online would have charged me the full $65 to renew). So he reluctantly allowed me in. Due to this Covid stuff, a table was set up right near the entrance as you walk in. He said he could renew the plan but there was no way he could do it for $45, I would have to pay another $65 + tax ($72) to renew the plan! (I already knew they were going to try to pull that!) I told him that I didnt feel I should have to pay full price when the plan should have been set up yo auto renew with the last guy Daniel (I even had the receipt with me with Daniels name on it). Come to find out, there Daniel was sitting behind us in an area further into the store, only a couple feet away. He literally saw & heard everything. Out loud I said, Oh, there he is right there, the guy that signed me up. The other rep said, Oh yeah, thats our Manager. Yall..Daniel (the manager) just sat there looking down at his phone. I said again, out loud and facing him The manager?..Daniel? (trying to get his attention to come over) Daniel continued to ignore me, never looked up, never said a word! It was literally an awkward silence as I waited for him to say something or even look up from his phone! IVE NEVER BEEN IGNORED BY A REPRESENTATIVE, LET ALONE A MANAGER, IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS IN MY LIFE! He didnt want to own up to his mistake. I couldnt believe it! Especially because of such the cool interaction we had just had the month before. But, being the perfect customer that I always am, I didnt make a scene (my blood was boiling over the sheer disrespect though, but my 11 yr old son was with me). I nicely paid the $72 because I clearly saw they could care less about an issue that could have been, to me, easily resolved. Im sure a manager could have even offered some type of credit for next time or something, just to let me know he cared that he made the mistake that is causing me this inconvenience in the first place! I will never step foot in this location again! And DANIEL, the so-called manager, needs some management training or shouldnt be allowed to manage if ignoring customers is how he handles business. (This review is not directed to the other guy who assisted me that day (I hate I didnt catch his name)...he was very apologetic, empathetic & helpful)

I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this store management will tell you anything to sell you into a contract - so 10/31/2018 I walked into this store I was Greeted by Stacey. We talked about phone pans and phones that I could get into I told her I would like the I phone max she said great we have a great deal going on if you buy one iPhone the other one is up to $700 off so like anyone would do I said I’ll take that so when Signing my contract I signed for 2 iPhone Max’s what would mean one transaction but he said he needed 2 separate anyways come to find out that he set me up with an account for each device and Both of these accounts were under my name so I get a call from the at&t Fraud department asking if I did this I tell them that it was supposed to be one acount they tell me I have to go into the store to fix this issue so I do and they fix it I then ask about my wife’s phone told them we did not receive it he looks it up says that it was returned back to at&t and that he is sorry for our inconvenience well he says that we can get the phone from them now and I say ok but he says that I can’t get the buy one get one anymore I tell him I’m not gonna do that and call corporate they tell me I have to talk to the store manager so I go back and talk to him. Jeremy then tells me there is nothing he can do after he and Stacey sold me on the phone and plan basically Completely lied to me to make a sale. Then Jeremy who is Supposedly management material ask if I want him to get on his hand and knees and would that make me feel better I than ask for his info like Employee ID number says he don’t have one ask him to call corporate to tell them how he made this mistake says he won’t ask him to call his manager says he won’t and doesn’t have to than tell me to return the phone take my money and go elsewhere Jeremy has a lot to learn when it come to being a manager and running a team there is so much more but I figure you get the idea Moral of the story don’t do business with them...
