I was ripped off for not receiving my full refund amount through direct deposit. I was only given a portion of my refund and the IRS wouldnt let me know wheres the rest of what Im owed. Didnt have this problem last year with Lola Wright as my tax pro, but the one I had for this year couldnt do anything to fix the problem. And I didnt even owe a tax debt after checking the status of my refund. This is crazy how they miscalculate before sending deposits out to the wrong tax payers

Jackson Hewitt is a rip off. They gave a portion of the refund on a card and assured me that the balance would be deposited into my bank account just as it has been done in the past. Wrong. Everything was put on to the card which charges u a fee every time that you make a purchase and charges a minimum of $5 to transfer $50 to your bank account. Not to mention the outrageous atm fees. When I called them they said there was nothing they could do about it. Been using them over years and wont be going back to those bunch of liars

Would love to hear back from Ashley or republic Bank, but am instead waiting to hear from the irs. The expense of your fees is almost unable to be calculated at this point and for nothing but trouble. Buyer beware!!!!
