Great service didnt insult my intelligence by trying to oversell there services. Great service stand up manager. I will go back in future for more great service. Along with fair prices. Ive worked in and around machinery as an operator and a mechanic for over 30 years. I Chose to no longer do it myself. Duke of oil is an excellent choice for my service needs.

The company in general have great service I just had an experience with them at this particular location that I felt like they should have spoken up to me about an issue that they experienced while changing my oil and it would have saved me a lot of trouble in the end.

The Dukan while crew is very conscientious and were you able to take care of recharging my air conditioning system after I worked on it. I would highly recommend that crew.

Stopped here to get a oil change. Staff stayed I wasnt due yet. They were even nice enough to still check my oil to make sure I was good. Thanks guys.

They attempted to rip me off. Did not want to honor valid coupons, and did not answer simple questions ( like cost of a simple oil change) without being evasive. I walked out and got my oil change at their competitor and saved some money.

Im used to scheduling an appointment to get my oil changed. This was great to me. Pulled up waited in line a few minutes got my oil changed tires checked and fluids topped up. Professional staff, friendly, I will go back the next time I need an oil change.

I’m a regular at the location, very quick and quality service. The only negative I have to say is, upon arrival there are no signs of where to wait in line or anyone coordinating the vehicles. So I just chose a line to wait in. An employee aggressively told me to move my vehicle. Then...when it was my turn in line we had a little dispute about me not wanting to wait in the lobby during my oil change. I preferred to wait in the passenger seat of my car because the lobby was full of people & I had my kids with me. (Too many people for COVID in one place..literally no more seating) the young man insisted that I get out my car. When I asked why (because I’ve waited in my car plenty times prior) he said that policy changed. Well the employee then walked up again and said it was okay but with a very aggressive attitude, again. So of course at this point I snapped & said it isn’t okay they speak to people so rudely. BUT wait... they went through with their service & completed with no hesitation. After they were completed, the employee came and apologized for appearing to have an attitude. This is when he informed me he was from New York & didn’t mean to get loud and then everything made sense. Haha, no offense. So to the New York guy, I apologize for the assumptions & getting upset. But also, the tone of your voice says a lot more than your words. Keep that in mind. Overall, service was great per usual... but can work on professionalism.

Ive been to this business numerous times over the years without any issue, but I believe management has changed. I went there recently on a Monday evening and waited almost an hour. After I paid I noticed that I had been charged for a more expensive oil change than I asked for. The young man apologized and told me to call tomorrow because there was no manager there to issue a refund (around $22). When I called the manager he basically told me that since I was given a $20 discount on my $156 charge that would offset the overcharge. When I asked him if I wouldnt have gotten the discount if he hadnt overcharged me, he was unable to answer. This place will overcharge you and then give you a discount to make it look like they didnt overcharge you in the first place. I am beginning to wonder if they even did anything that I paid them to do. No telling what else they do when youre not looking. This will be the last time I go to this business. Be aware.

I have never sat in a place for over an hour for an oil change. If you are providing cars with other services, use one of the three lanes you got for oil changes only. I did not like that experience at all.

Staff was pretty awesome. Fast service, no issues. Suggested services(as they should it is a business after all) got a good discount. Look for coupons before heading there, but they got specials. No pics but it was clean, service area and waiting room.

Good first impression.. Stopped in for an oil change. Employees were professional and courteous. Provided details related to added costs (filter location). Wait time was reasonable... Would consider making this an option when Im unable to make it to the dealership for an oil change.

I only come here for my oil changes. Ive been coming here for the past 4years and I love the guys that work here!! Im always in and out and theyre very friendly and helpful.

These guys and gals get me in and out everytime with great suggestions as to what my car may need to keep it running longer! The prices have gone up over the years and that is why it is a 4 star not 5, because there are other places to find cheaper oil changes, but I still go here because they always take care of anything i need!

Fast & great service!!They will top off all fluids at no cost.They took a sample of the trans, engine & brake fluids, showing me they was all clean but the oil,which was time to be changed.They checked the air pressure in my tires, which one was low 8 pounds, they aired it up.I highly recommend this duke of oil location.

I normally go here for a quick oil change with no problem. However, today I was turned away nearly a half hour before closing time since they had enough cars to last until closing time. There were 2 additional customers besides me turned away.Like I said normally no problem but I think its unprofessional to turn away customers. Guess Ill spend my money elsewhere for both of my vehicles.

Always excellent service, they are so friendly and very accommodating. I like the little play area, free coffee or soda. Thats taking care of your customers. The waiting area is always clean also.

Yesterday I Arrived at 5:25pm. They close at 6pm. All bays were full. Two more cars pulled up at shortly after me, we sat outside the bays waiting until they became available. An employee comes out and informs us at 20 mins to 6 that the manager informed them to no longer take any cars. I asked the employee why would you all turn away waiting customers before closing time. The employee tells me he doesn’t know it’s what the manager on Duty told him to do he’s sorry. I asked again why can’t I be serviced I had already waited over 15 mins. Employee says it’s nothing he can do, and directs me to look into another location. I asked to speak with manager that instructed him to do so since in his initial statement he added the manager on duty was from cooperate. He tells me he will not go get him and ask him to come talk to me but I am free to come inside if it’s that important. So I did go inside. The employee proceeded to speak with another employee so I approached and asked if he was the manager and I was told no. Then the real manager on duty approached and asked if he could help. I asked him why couldn’t I receive service after already waiting per his instructions. He said he hadn’t told that employee to do that. With employee present I looked at both men again and asked to confirm why he told the employee to tell me and two other cars to leave we couldn’t be serviced. He again confirmed looking at his clock ‘I didn’t tell him to do that, it’s 5:50, you good.’ So then I asked the employee why did you lie to customers like that. The two men had a few words concerning the incident then the employee tells me it was a misunderstanding. I responded ‘ this guy said he didn’t tell you to say that. You lied on your manager, and you lied to my face.’ He then frowned and stoppped responding to me. For a while now this has been the only place I take me and my family cars for the services they provide. This has put a bad taste in my mouth about this location. I needed my headlights replaced, but honestly I questioned after that if I wanted them to even touch my car. The manager was quick changing the bulbs and charged me ten bucks. The money isn’t the issue it’s the trust of a business that had been affected. If you work in customer service and provide a service, do it! Lying to your customers is lame. I believe the manager blew it off too. Unacceptable!

Ive been a loyal Duke customer. Ive recently had the young Dreadhead worker help me save my car. He helped me identify the fuel pressure regulator issue i had. The service was great and i will continue to visit those -fellas- in Hammond. Thanks for saving me soooo much grief.

I have been taking my car here for over a year and its has been the best! The service is quick, the customer service is awesome and the small perks they offer (e.g. free carwashes, free bowling passes, etc) are a very nice touch!
