The customer service us amazing!!! I got a new car. I knew nothing about it. I asked so many questions and they explained each one throughly!! I respect them for tellinng me what was wrong and what needs to be replaced! It so affordable!! Most definitely coming back to that place!!!

These guys do awesome work fender to fender. What really sold me when I came here is the honesty they gave me about the diagnosis. Knowing a thing or two about cars myself the mechanic (Edwin the owner) was very straight forward and told me what I needed to do to get my baby running the right way. He even told me how to tell if something is wrong. I highly recommend using this family owned shop for your oil and maintenance needs. You simply cant go wrong.

Place is just like the name quick I was in and out. This was my first visit so Ill post again after the 2nd one. Only thing is the oil change places in Chicago clean windows, oil doors, top off fluids and check your cabin filter all courtesy. They charge for those services here.

I go here to get my oil changes done and their great with that also friendly but very unprofessional at the same time Let’s just say after spending 600 with them I’m very upset. I paid for a transmission flush they never did it I paid for services that wasn’t done! I took my car back twice already and it’s still broke down. I told them from the beginning I had children a 7 month old baby and we broke down last night in this car that I didn’t even have for a full day but it’s on me to get it to them etc they took all my money already as it is! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE!!!!

I always go here. Been taking all my cars here the last few years. Some days are busy and take a little longer bur service is always fast and amazing. Good team there and good service.

The Black female mechanic working underneath my car to do my oil change was very unprofessional. The young male attendant that was servicing me was being verbally abused by the female underneath over $5. I brought my own oil and the wrong filter, and the gentleman was only going to charge me the extra filter. She scolded him and embarrassed him in front of all the customers and didn’t even speak to me when she was finished. Very unprofessional for a business I use frequently.

I have been getting my oil changed here for years and they are not the same anymore. They didnt reset my oil light I had to ask, they did not check any of my fluids, did not give me the sticker with the millage on it so I know when I have to change my oil again, not professional at all, and no air was put in my low tire now Ill have to do that myself. Looks like Ill have to get my oil changed some where else. Sorry but you guys need more professional people who care about their job because its obvious they do not.

They are open completely for ool changes and mechanical repairs. The service is quick and the prices are reasonable. The only downside is that due to COVID-19, the waiting room is closed. On a very hot, muggy day you have to suffer outside while waiting on your vehicle.

I am very comfortable going to this shop. I have been going here I think since the 1990s. I have seen all the different employees that have come and gone. I like the fact that it is a quick oil and filter change, wiper change or air filter change if you need it. They do offer other services there and you can wait in the waiting area or in your car. They also have an area where there is a mechanic that works on cars attached to the building. If you want a little coffee while you wait they usually have that there too. Its very convenient to go there verses going to the dealers. The dealerships sell you your vehicle and then every time you get oil change they want to take the vehicle back and sell you another one and all you want is an oil change and get taken care of so you can go on about your business. Well, at oil express they will take good care of you and you can go on about your business.

Worst experience I have ever had with an oil change shop. The manager put the wrong oil in my car, after returning because of my check engine light with a VVT code due to the WRONG OIL being put in my car, the manager threatened my mother and I. Not only were they very rude, they offered nothing in return of their mistakes. I have never been treated this poorly in ANY auto shop.

They put the wrong oil in my teenage daughters car! When we went back to address the issue the gentlemen working had me talk to the manager on the phone. He said that my daughter specifically requested that oil! Are you kidding me!???? I said tell me what she looks like then, he replied how bout you come in on monday and see what I look like....Horrible people and a manager that threatens customers! DO NOT GO THERE!

I would give zero stars if I could. They installed an incorrect air filter on my cousins car and caused $700 worth of damage that they won’t pay for. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time and money and go somewhere where the employees know how to perform simple car matinence.

I have always loved this place, in and out, never too long of a wait to get in, or get serviced.Yet this is the 2nd time I come here and the oil change process is over 20mins!!! I saw the cars to the right of me serviced way faster. The guy was done with 2 cars before I could even leave. Stop dragging ur feet!!!

The men are rude, mean and ignorant. They treat the women like you dont know anything about your own vehicle because youre a female. No patience and will argue with you without a care in the world. Very unprofessional.

I had no oil light on prior to service. 5 days later light on! I paid nearly 40$ and my light is on!! I’m sure they won’t help when I go back..because I’m told my story to a few others on Facebook and get nothing but negative feedback!! Horrible don’t go here!!
